Hired a bed for two weeks, great bed, great rate, on time and efficient delivery. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. The mattress was brand new and my mum said one of the most comfortable shed slept on.

My family and I Have dealt with this company for over 25 years the service is usually good. The last two years service is down the tubes. In November I placed an order for a bed they said they would call to let me know when it came in . In January I called because I had not heard from them they told me the style I wanted was discontinued, but nobody ever called to let me know. So fine got my money back chalked it up to being near the holidays and they just got busy .Last month I ordered a couch , when I went in the store (like I was asked )sales rep walk by you and keep you waiting . I eventually had to walk into one of the offices before anyone would help me. One of the sales rep just keeps talking about how he makes over 100,000 a year, very little professionalism. I am still waiting for my couch, I call to find out when I can expect delivery , no one returns messages. They say someone will call me back they don't get back to you. If you can avoid it don't do business with these people .

This company was used for staging and the furniture is good quality but there is something a huge problem with their bookkeeper and a lack of communication, and for that reason, I would never recommend them. You have to fight to get invoices / receipts for them, I made MULTIPLE requests, and they automatically charged my credit card without authorization and without contacting me even though I had asked for an invoice first --- and never got one. I also had used different credit cards, so they had no way of knowing which card I would have wanted to use --- their bookkeeper just took it upon herself to charge whichever card she felt like charging. This is not a professional company to deal with.

I have been using Mr Convenience for nearly 10 years and I'm very satisfied with their efficient and friendly service and when something is less than perfect they are more than willing to correct it the girls in the office are great and the delivery men are so conscientious I'm really impressed.

LUIZA & SARAH ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! THEY TAKE THE TIME TO HELP, ARE KNOWLEDGABLE AND ARE ALWAYS SMILING! WOULD DEFINITELY WORK WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE. WORTH EVERY LAST DOLLAR.

Best home staging rentals in the city, as well as the best prices. I've tried to use some of the others, but none of them compare. The staff are helpful and friendly, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I have been using them for almost fifteen years, with over a hundred stagings using their furnishings, and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone who works there, including the delivery men, are always friendly, nice, appropriate, sincere and hard-working. Kudos and thank you Mr. Convenience.

By far the most friendly reliable service available. I depend on Luiza and Sarah for customer service to Jason and Whitney for moving. Mr. Convenience makes me look good and this helps make my business shine ! My staging is fantastic because I only rely on the best. Through and through a ten out of ten !!!!

Delivery people are hard-working and very helpful. They properly protect floors and carefully handle large pieces of furniture to prevent any possible damage to the house-to-stage. I have been using Mr. Convenience for furniture rental for the past 9 years. They have added a lot to their inventory, and have a great variety available. I find Luiza always so so helpful and professional. Whitney and Jason are also terrific in the delivery and pick up service. I also think it's great value and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for any home staging or long term rental.
