I thought the service was terrible. Liusa and Ashley have zero clue on how to work with home stagers and treat them like dirt and the furniture I received was sent out filthy and when I sent it back because it couldn't work with it because it was so dirty they tried to make me pay for it. Most quality home stagers would not get furniture from this company. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST FURNITURE RENTAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN THE GTA!

Mr. Convenience has a vast array of furniture to help get a home ready for sale. The Showroom is large and for the most part items are easily accessible. The owner/staff take suggestions to heart and have even ordered in items for me when needed or selection is low...ie. carpet, new artwork,etc. They will also allow a homeowner to purchase a piece if they really liked it. Nice touch. The delivery guys are on time, courteous and helpful. Mr. Convenience is a pleasure to deal with.

I have been using the services of Mr. Convenience for seven years and I highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs home furnishing rentals - furniture, artwork, lamps, rugs, etc. Their service has always been friendly, prompt and courteous. They've got such a great selection, I always find what I need. Without exception, homeowners and realtors comment on how nice the rooms look. I couldn't have achieved these results without Mr. Convenience's help. I've tried the other furniture rental places and no one else compares. Mr. Convenience gives prompt quotes; they help you find the right pieces; they'll even do special orders for you; they're super friendly; their prices are extremely reasonable; even their delivery people are friendly, efficient and accommodating. I give the highest praise to this company and without hesitation, gladly recommend it.

As a home stager in the GTA I discovered Mr. Convenience over 3 years ago and use them exclusively for furniture rentals for staging. At that time I tried other places but found Mr. Convenience's pricing so much simplier to work with. I work hand in hand with Chantale who makes choosing furniture so quick and easy. She knows what they have and when they will have it back. They are always updating and adding to their stock keeping them current and flexible. The delivery staff check in with me if they're running late due to traffic and are friendly and professional when setting up in my clients' homes.

Mr. Convenience has a large selection of furnishings available for stagers. Unlike some suppliers, their selection includes furniture, area rugs, lamps, artwork, mirrors and electronics. Chantel Martin has an excellent eye and is always extremely helpful in assisting you with your orders. Their delivery people are always very accommodating and dependable. Made me wait 4 hours for a simple furniture pick-up, a service for which they charge an additional fee. I had to pay for the pleasure of losing a day of my life waiting around for Mr. Convenience.
