Awning fix
Just a short note to thank you and the whole team for the excellent work you did repairing my parents' awning. They love it and had nothing but good things to say about the service. The team was fast and friendly and the results are amazing.

Backyard Awning
Jamie and his team were amazing from start to finish. Jamie was extremely responsive and personable. He was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information on multiple types of awnings and sizes. I was comparing multiple companies at the beginning but once dealing with Jamie, decided Above All Awnings was the way to go! The timeline was exactly what he estimated it to be and he got in touch as soon as he knew. Our awning is absolutely beautiful. On the install date, Al and Tony were also amazing and so easy to deal with. We couldnt recommend Above All Awnings more! Thank you again!!

New awning installation
I contacted Jamie from Above All Awnings 6 weeks ago in regards to having my original awning fabric replaced. He instantly reached out with a quote, based on the dimensions I provided and scheduled an appointment to come out to my home and discuss in further detail. Upon meeting Jamie, my wife and I were impressed with his communication skills, combined with his open and honest approach. We discussed that our awning was older (closer to 20yrs), however perfectly functional. We then agreed to have the fabric replaced and were advised of 4-6 week lead time, to have our custom sized fabric ordered and made. Approximately 4 weeks had past and on a Sunday while enjoying our back deck with family and friends..........our awing that was fully extended, suffered a catastrophic failure. One of the tension arms spring/cable snapped violently. Our awning was left sagging seriously on one side. The motor was still able to retract it and fully extended it. But, it was clear that the unit was faulty. The following morning ,Jamie coincidently reached out to me and advised that the fabric is ready to go and book an installation date. In a panic I explained our situation. As a true professional, Jamie was able to walk me off the ledge and advise us of all our options. At no point was there any pressure from his end to upsell a new/and or more product. In the end we decided to abandon the old unit and order a new Roltec Adalia from Above All Awnings with all the bells and whistles to boot. My wife and I were informed, that we would have to wait 5 weeks for the new custom sized awning to be manufactured. To our surprise a week and half later Jamie reached out to setup an installation for the following day with Al and Tony, the installers. Both Al and Tony came by and were true gentlemen. Friendly, fast, and efficient. They treated our backyard as if it was their own home. And consulted with us, in regards to height placement and pitch of awning. My wife and I are thrilled with the new awning and really cant say enough good things about Jamie and the crew. This novel I just wrote is a testament, that good small business's, which are customer orientated, competitively priced, with superb staff still exist!!!! Do not hesitate to contact Above All Awnings for your next project. Thanks again to the entire team. We look forward to many years of problem free shade, with our new awning!

Back Yard / Deck Awning
We added a beautiful deck to the back of our home, but as a south facing deck, it roasts during the summer. So we considered doing a fixed roof, but really wanted the flexibility of a retractable awning (plus the top of the fixed roof would look gross after a few years from the view of the upstairs bedroom). Enter Above All Awnings. I personally wasn't sold on an awning. My impression of them was that they look a bit cheap and age poorly. And I would be the one who forgets to put it up when a storm rolls in and rips the thing off. Jamie and the Above All Awning team had an awesome selection of product and were super timely with every question we had. They even dropped off the book of awning fabric swatches so we could hum and haw over the choices for awhile. In the end, we found an awesome awning that is fully automatic, super quiet, looks great all rolled up when in the housing (no winter fading or damage) and the unit has a wind sensor that will retract the awning if the wind picks up - no need to race out there to put it away! All those good things about the product pale in comparison to the service. Super friendly, competent, attentive crew that did a great job. And long after install, when we had a little issue whereby we opened the awning while some scaffolding was up (this involved a pretty bad collision of metal), the crew came out to help us out with this. ON. A. SUNDAY. Seriously. The issue happened on a Sunday morning, and that afternoon, Jamie was here to have a look and help us get the awning disengaged from the scaffolding. And the crew came back again the next day (after the scaffolding was gone) to realign the awning and make sure everything was in tip top shape. This team is so amazing, that I recommend to anyone and everyone that they seriously consider Above All Awnings. We are just over the moon happy with the awning, the team and the service. If I could give more stars, I would.

Backyard awning
Dealing with Above All Awnings was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. They are professional and knowledgeable, and they carry a variety of manufacturers so we were able to examine the advantages / disadvantages of various types. With zero pressure we were able to make an informed decision. The installation team arrived when scheduled, did their work efficiently and cleanly, all within the estimated time frame. All whom we dealt with made the entire process easy and relaxed. What a great company!

Window Awnings
Above All Awnings has exceptional customer service and workmanship. They are courteous, punctual and clean. They offer very competitive pricing as well. This company is a 10+! I wish I had more windows.

Awning on my back deck
Hello, in the summer of 2022, I purchased an awning with remote control, and had a fantastic experience with Jamie Brow from Above All Awnings. He was responsive to communication, spent time explaining options, was patient, and showed up on time. The installation was expertly done, and the operation and remote control were explained to me in detail. Yesterday, I emailed Jamie for a copy of my receipt, and he responded very promptly. Jamie was always professional and pleasant. I would work with him again, and would recommend him and his company very highly.

Replaced fabric only, cleaned old awning like new on site
Above All Awnings was the only company I found willing to replace fabric only. Other companies wanted to replace complete awning even though the awning was working perfectly. Jamie measured and as promised 6 weeks later Raju and Alistair replaced fabric on site and happily cleaned old awning like new. They were very pleasant, quick and tidy. I would definitely recommend Above All Awnings.
