Basement development
Would highly recommend Bond construction and contacting to anyone. They made the process easy. Walked us through the project. Consulted with us on all decisions made. Provided great finished product. That gave our family a quality space we needed to grow.

House update
My experience with Bond construction was completely professional. From quoting through to the construction work, the team from Bond was professional, friendly and did an overall great job. I would highly recommend them

Basement Renovation
Darwin and team completed a full basement renovation in my 1970’s bungalow home. They were so professional and hardworking the entire time, and did an amazing job throughout — it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Fence
Even though we have a small back yard, we wanted a taller fence for privacy while not looking out of place. We are very happy with how the fence looks and the service we received. The crew was reliable, worked very hard, and were on schedule. They built it exactly how we wanted and respected the neighbor's property while working on the joining side. Darwin was prompt at responding to all my concerns and offered options for the gates which I had not thought about. We are now able to enjoy the privacy of our back yard. Thank you Bond Construction!

Great contractors for front porch
We used Bond to replace our deteriorating wood front porch with a composite deck, including replacing the posts, stairs, railings and repainting our Juliet balcony. I had gotten about 7 quotes from various local contractors and Bond was by far the most competitive in pricing, detailed in quoting and came with good reviews. 3 months later when it came time to do the work he still honored the quoted price despite surging lumber costs. His guys were very professional and super efficient. At no point did I look out the window and see them slacking off or lounging around. Their workmanship was really good, a lot of attention to detail and aesthetics. I would not hesitate to use them again for another home project and would highly recommend them. Not even worth shopping around next time as they were that good and dependable. At the end we also got them to build us a wooden gate at the back of the house which turned out beautiful.

Basement Renovation
Bond Construction were amazing and done a fantastic job on our Basement Renovation. Darwin and his team were great throughout the whole project. They finished earlier than anticipated and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. Darwin was professional and always quick to respond to any questions that we had and the designers were very helpful. We would definitely recommend Bond Construction to anyone looking to hire someone for their home renovations.

DECK RENOVATION
Bond Constructing & Construcion Inc. working team was exceptional! We are pleased with the quality and the experience of working with Bond Constructing. They were well organized and detail oriented. They were able to capture our ideas and make it a reality. We were up to date on everything going on. And even though we set an extremely short deadline for changes, the team finished ahead of schedule. The final product is something you see in a magazine. They always communicated their plans well and stayed on schedule. We highly recommend Bond Constructing and will be using them for future projects

Kitchen/Living area/Basement Renovations
We hired Bond Construction to renovate most of an older semi-detached walk-out bungalow. They were willing to work with us on our portion of the work and add some projects as we went along. The crew was easy to work with and performed various jobs on schedule. We are very pleased with the result and found Darwin very good at responding to any concerns. The design team was very helpful, excellent recommendations and easy to work with. The work was completed on schedule, even with some delays that were beyond their control. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Darwin and his team did a wonderful job! Communication was great, he was prompt, both with the quote and with the work. I loved that he had interior designers on staff to help with the planning. His team was friendly and knowledgeable., and they even cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a GC!

Kitchen Reno
Darwin and his team were very professional. They were reliable and consistent from day 1. We had the same group of workers in each day, they arrived on time each morning and ensured our reno area was safe and cleaned at the end of each day. We appreciated the recommendations and prompt communication that came from Darwin and his team and are pleased with our finished product. This company will be the first call I make on any/all future projects.
