    Replace old fence, build new fence, shrubs removal

    Great workmanship, friendly workers always willing to answer any questions Very happy with final results, fence and new gates look awesome Would recommend to anyone in need of outdoor construction Thank you very much

    Fence and Barn Door Project

    The Bond team did an outstanding job. The crew was highly professional, well organized and clearly skilled trades. They completed the project on time and on budget. I would be happy to recommend Bond.

    Deck and Fence Installation

    The guys were very friendly and courteous when on your property. They are also very skilled in their craft as their work speaks for itself. Very nice clean craftsmanship and attention to detail. Steve and Darwin were great to work with through the entire project. Very little direction was needed as they clearly are experienced in this field. All materials used appear to be great quality as well. Their pricing was also competitive. I would highly recommend doing business with them and will certainly look to them on future projects. Job well done!

    Property Lead, Deer Park United Church

    Contracted to partially relocate wall between existing Men's washroom in Church & convert adjacent storage closet to Disabled Washroom. In addition, to envelope change,work also required appropriate electrical and plumbing installation, widening access door from 32 to 36 inches and insuring all applicable Code requirements met. Work was completely expeditiously, competently & completely satisfactorily with minimal disruption to ongoing Church programs.

    Interior Home Renovation

    I highly recommend Bond Construction. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. It was a renovation we were wanting to do for some time that included a complete overhaul of the kitchen, living room, removing a wall, replacing trim, flooring, installing fireplaces, interior doors, exterior door and much more. The end result was better than we had hoped (thanks to their hard work and interior designers). We were kept updated throughout the process and they stuck to their schedule. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    New fence and retaining wall

    This 200 foot wood fence and retaining wall was a substantial project in rocky ground, involving a lot of hand digging. The crew worked very hard to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Mr. Bond thoughtfully answered my questions and offered sound advice. Several of my neighbours have remarked on how great the new fence looks.

    Awning Installation

    Bond Construction installed our motorized awning above our deck. In addition to the awning they have completed our basement (previous house), constructed our deck, and built a basement bar for us. As always, Bond Construction completes the task with a great attention to detail and is very professional. We have always found their prices to be highly competitive.

    Restoration/Renovation after severe water damage/flooding to basement and main level of hike

    It’s the second time Bond Construction has done a major renovation for us. On this occasion, after major water damage to our home, our insurance agent asked us if we wanted to contact our own contractor and we wouldn’t have picked anyone but Darwin and his team. They were again prompt, very efficient and the work is flawless. As expats renting out our home, the piece of mind received from this company’s work was much appreciated. We highly recommend them.

    Fence

    Bond construction did a great job on our fence. The workers were polite and punctual. They were responsive to our wishes and accommodated any small changes without hassle. They are very skilled and conscientious.

    Deck build - Excellent work

    I got a few quotes on a new deck and Bond C&C was very competitive. When I met with Darwin to go over the details he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The deck was built in a timely fashion and my wife and I are thrilled with the result. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. I will definitely work with Darwin and his team again on our next project.
