I Would not hesitate to recommend The Roofman to anybody looking for a roof company. Price and service are the best. David Dunkel presented a quote with not hidden costs, clear, complete and easy to understand. One week after I accepted, the job started and in two days it was finished. For this I have to mention Chris and Dan, the crew in charge, for their professionalism and discretion. Finally the work was finished, the roof looks beautiful, everything was clean and I am very satisfied. Nice experience!

We just had The Roofman replace our roof and give our attic an overhaul. Their team exceeded our expectations. We initially met with Mike Galt who helped educate me on why he recommended the work in his quote. He gave me the knowledge to make my own decision on what work was important to me to have done. The crew showed up on time and worked through 2 days to complete my roof ahead of the estimated time they quoted. The job was done on budget with no surprises. The follow up by Dave Dunkel was great making sure that I was completely satisfied by the work. The customer service in scheduling the work by Dejana was amazing. She answered all of my questions and got back to me with any information I needed immediately. The entire team made me feel like my roof was the only priority they had. The crew that installed the roof treated my house as if it was their own. The entire team cleaned up any mess that was created. I would highly recommend The Roofman if you are looking for a company you can trust to do a great job and to treat you like a valued customer.

April 2015 we had a new roof installed by Roofman Inc. From the moment we started the quoting process Mike Galt was very professional and provided plenty of literature to make an informative decision on our new roof at a reasonable price. The roofing crew was friendly, did excellent work and maintained a clean job site after each day. The follow up after the job was complete to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof that is done properly! Roofman really exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

Work was done in a timely manner even with the rain. Workmen cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I would recommend your company to anyone with roofing repair needs.

Late last fall we had an unexpected surprise by water coming in through our bathroom vent. It was late afternoon and I called several roofing companies for help. Norrie from The Roofman responded immediately and we arranged for him to stop in the next day. He was out early the next morning. Discussed all options, came back with a quote, and the day after a crew from the Roofman was out to tarp up our roof. While they could have done the roof we chose to wait until spring. The tarp was trouble free all winter - obviously they fastened it extremely well. In early March I was contacted about having the materials ordered and the roof done. Due to a challenging few weeks at our end, I arranged to have the roof done in April. They arrived the day it was scheduled, I received phone calls ahead of time (day before and the morning of) to confirm the work and the time that the crew would arrive. They did a superb job. They replaced a couple of sheets of plywood that Norrie had noted were bad when he inspected the attic. They added insulated piping to new vents for the kitchen and bathroom fans. They replaced my roof whirly vents with awesome vents that look like mini castles on my roof. Love them! My wife really appreciated the tarps that were laid out on the grounds and gardens, protecting them from debris and ensuring that cleanup was perfect. The team was in and out in 24 hours - and I have the best roof ever. Thanks to the gentlemen doing the work - they put up with my questions and me nosing about. Excellent work. Thank you. It was worth every penny. The warranty and final bill were delivered in person to our home. That is great service!

In November 2014 I contacted "The Roofman" requesting a quote on a new roof. The estimator (Mike) returned my phone call within a few hours. We set up an appointment for the next day. Mike arrived the next day on time and ready to answer all my questions. After doing a thorough inspection of the roof he sat down with my wife and I and explained several options. Mike went in detail over each package. Basic, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Mike stated he should check the attic for insulation and the roof ventilation system to see why the shingles failed prematurely (16 Years) I explained that we would get back to him in a week with a decision on the roof. I did not wish to pursue the attic problem if I was going with a different roofing company. I decided in the spring to replace the roof. I had an estimate by a company referred to me by a co-worker at that time. It was now time to sit down with them and have the sales rep explain his quote to me. I called the roofing company and the office person said they were too busy to send someone out. Did I not get the quote left in the mailbox? I called The Roofman a few weeks later after a big snow/wind storm. I was definitely ready to replace my roof as there were several shingles now laying on the ground. I called the office and explained my situation and someone was out to do the repairs within days. I spoke with Mike after the repairs were complete and we decided to wait till spring to do the roof installation. March 14th I met with Mike to go over the final details on the roof and have him check on the attic ventilation system Mike found several issues. Mold in the attic being the biggest issue. Mike recommended we fix the issues before it becomes a bigger problem down the road. My wife and I agreed for an additional $300.00 for parts and labor this was a must. Mike told us the best package for us to purchase is the Bronze with a few upgrades. What salesperson tries to sell the package you actually need? Not trying to up-sell. The last recommendation was to check the main bathroom exhaust fan. Cheap builders model an 8"x8" 70 cfm unit unable to draw a Kleenex from my hand. I decided being a Tradesman I would make that change myself since we were at the limit of our budget. I signed the contract, gave a 10% deposit and booked an installation date for two weeks. The two weeks would allow me time to purchase and install the new Fan (DC Motor and 90CFM) unit recommended. Five days later I receive a phone call from the Roofman stating they have an opening tomorrow with a 10 man crew available to install my roof The only issue I had was I had the fan on order, it was not going to be in till next week Mike called me back a few minutes later and stated that Henry (The Owner?) said if I go ahead with the roof tomorrow he will waive the electrician's fees. Wow, what a deal for me. I was still able to cancel the fan order with my wholesaler and they would install for free. The Roofman was charging me the same price installed as what I was able to purchase the fan for. Friday, March. 20th a 10+ man crew arrived on time and ready to work. I stopped in to see the progress around 9:30am and the roof was half stripped. My wife thought it would be a nice gesture to order lunch for the men for all their hard work. Pizza was ordered for noon. All the workers individually thanked my wife for her hospitality. The workers were a class act. I arrived home that afternoon at 4:00pm and the yard was cleaned of all the shingles, Nails and all debris. Even the garage floor was swept after lunch The following Monday It was my turn to cook. Lol. I walked out to the back deck to fire up the BBQ when I realized the job was not complete. I called Mike and stated the upper evestrough no longer has a 90 degree elbow hooked up to get rid of the water in that area. Mike sent someone over the following day and the problem was fixed. The work was completed better than before. I now have an evestrough which extends to the lower level and not just a 90 degree elbow. One more extra at no charge. I truly believe I received Quality workmanship, a superior product and an excellent warranty (material and Labor) In closing I would just like to say this company was "Very Professional" "Not Cheap" However, I strongly believe you get what you pay for. I would Highly recommend "THE ROOFMAN" Thanks again for a job well done

The Roofman did a fabulous job replacing the cedar roof on my Heritage Arts and Crafts home. The property is very unique and required quality craftsmanship. The installers were profcient and curteous and cleaned up every day after their work. It was a joy to work with them, from the initial quote and information from Mike Galt to the installers to the accounting people. Thank you for a quality job, well done.

Labour, workmanship warranty and manufacture warranty are transferable even if you sell the home. Although their quote may not be the least expensive, their workers, cleanup, workmanship and warranty cannot be beat. Excellent customer service! I worked with David Dunkel on the roof assessment and solution. He arranged to have our roof tarped while we were waiting for quotes and eventually won the job with price and his knowledge of their products and roofing, in general. He made great recommendations and caught things that no one else did. He also managed to have our roof repaired quickly due to the leak. The installation team was professional, on-time and cleaned up the area before they left. They did a great job. The entire process was painless (as much as possible...when you have to replace a roof!). Thank you Roofman.
