3 Projects: 1. Basement gutted (2010)- built bedroom, kitchette and bathroom; 2. Upstairs bathroom/bedroom (2016) 3. Upstairs flooring, doors & painting (2017)
Andy came to our rescue in 2010 after a contractor left town with our basement project unfinished and our money. We were impressed by his honesty, work ethics and the finished job looked impressive. He stands by his work as we had to call him back a couple of times (after 8 yrs.) and he came back to fix the problems without hesitation. We hired him back in 2016 to complete a reno upstairs: (bedroom & bathroom reno). We had the plans, and Andy and sons did the whole job superbly. We are exceptionally happy with the finished product. In 2017 the whole upstairs was finished new floors, doors, paint etc. We are very happy with the results and have no hesitation in recommending Quantum contracting.

Shower install
We replaced 60s tub with walk-in shower We wanted Mr Marble shower so needed someone with experience Andy was recommended so I called for a quote His quote was so close to my own number that we went with Quantum1 Totally happy with the job Andy and his boys did. They completed the job in 3 days, cleaned up each day. Thanks Andy — Bob and Jane

Kitchen renovation
Andy and Matt were an awesome team! Showed up on time and when they said they would and their workmanship is top rate! Highly recommended for any type of renovation work. I am having them back to do more renos in the near future!

En-suite Bathroom Renovation
After many years my wife and I wanted to update our en-suite bathroom. We had three quotes for the job and decided to go with Andy of Quantum Contracting. Andy was very helpful in working through a few options and we came up with an approach that suited our needs at a reasonable price. I asked Andy for some references to check out his work which he promptly supplied and based on the glowing customer feedback we had Andy do the work. Andy and his sons did a wonderful job and we are more than happy with the workmanship and the results. Andy is one of those rare contractors who takes a very professional approach, is onsite, works hard, gets the job done as promised and with a high quality standard. Andy does what he says he is going to do. If there is a problem he steps up and deals with it. Andy may not be available right away but he is worth waiting for. I would absolutely recommend him.

Master Bathroom complete teno
Andy, Adam, and Jason did an amazing job on my long awaited Master bathroom Reno. Very pleasant and very informative with any questions and concerns either me or my husband had. Very neat and tidy and always fairly prompt. I would highly recommend Andy and his workers to any of my friends and family. Thank you guys again for such an amazing job well done!

Ensuite Shower
Andy from Quantum Contracting Limited came to our house and met with my husband and myself, to get a good understanding of exactly what we wanted for our ensuite renovation. Andy is very knowledge about plumbing and tiling products and also recommended reputable vendors. He then gave us a quote and within a month work was underway to remove our existing shower/bathtub combination and install a walk in glass stand up shower. Andy and his crew took extra care to cover all our hardwood flooring to ensure no damage was done during the demo and install. All timelines were met to ensure the job was completed when promised. We are very pleased with our new shower and would highly recommend Quantum Contracting Limited to our family and friends.

Family/living room reno
Andy and his sons Matt and Adam just completed a reno for us. The job required that a supporting wall that divided the kitchen and family room be removed and replaced with just a support beam. It also required that a wall that ran between the family room and the living room to be taken down. The sunken floor in the family room was then made level with the kitchen floor. The whole ground floor was done in hardwood except for the front entrance way which was done in tile. The whole ground was upgraded with a fresh coat of paint as well. (Matt's the painter) During the whole process Andy and his sons were very accommodating with either explaining the next steps or in moving/relocating furniture to allow for the remo to progress. There were pot lights installed A niche for the tv was build into one of the walls. They arrived on time each morning and worked pretty much nonstop all day. They are a great crew that really like what they do and they do it well. If we have another project that would require this much work I would not hesitate to use them again. Side note: they are dog people and the dog loved them too.

Bathrooms Renovations
We hired Andy to renovate our bathrooms and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Andy and his sons were timely and stuck to the budget. Additionally Andy made a few suggestions that really made the whole renovation turn-key. We highly recommend Andy and we plan on using him again in the near future. Thank you Andy, Matt and Adam! Bathroom renovation
Andy and his team were a real joy to work with. They completed the job on time and within the quote. We enjoyed having them in the house for the completion of the project and we would definetly recommend them to anyone.

Kitchen and bath reno
We have had a couple of jobs done by Quantum so far and have a couple more planned. Andy, his sons and his subs are all very professional and deliver high quality workmanship! They are a pleasure to work with and are very accommodating. Andy’s approach is flexible, his prices are very fair and he always stands behind his work. I would highly recommend Quantum and have. My friends expressed the same satisfaction and happiness with their Quantum experience as well.
