AV Systems for 2 Large Homes
We have had our two most recent principal residences fully outfitted by Geoff and SmartSpace. Our experience has been excellent.
Right from the outset they were professional. First a detailed walkthrough with Geoff onsite, going over goals and expectations, general concepts and small details. Next we were given an itemized breakout estimating costs. Any changes to the estimate produced change orders that were easy to understand and required signature. The installers were polite, well-groomed, and were not profane. They were even tidy, and cleaned up their work area once completed. The final products were reviewed fully by Geoff himself. Finally, any service issues were/are handled quickly and efficiently.
These guys are professional... and I would say our installations were fairly complicated. Both homes had retractable art screen televisions, units and sound mounted in the kitchen, gym, great room, master, ensuite, office, patio, and full media room build-out. We would not hesitate to recommend SmartSpace and Geoff.
