Added insulation around the house and replaced the siding and also trimmed around the windows.

Jeremy and the rest of the customer service staff were great, right from our initial call and through the whole experience. They answered every question, and were very flexible and fair when it came to small changes/requests. The roofing crew was courteous and knowledgable, and kept us updated as work progressed, including some photos. It's a large roof but they managed to get it all done in one day. Clean up could have been a little better, but I'm not complaining. A separate crew came to replace the aluminum 2 weeks after the roof was complete and they were great; very proud, passionate and meticulous when it came to their work. All-in-all the house looks amazing, and we have full confidence that it will stand the test of time.

The work done on my home was absolutely incredible I am very pleased with professionalism of the men and work completed. They all were very personable and sweet. I will definitely suggest this company to my friends and family moving forward. Pricing was also extremely reasonable.

Arrived on time and started working right away covered all plants and back deck and gazebo. Friendly crew and answered any questions I may have had. Started at 9:30 job was completed by 4:30 including the clean up. This is the second house I have had done by T Simpson and would not hesitate to use them again

T. Simpson Roofing Ltd. was given our home to fix as the result of an insurance claim. Right from the start I was pleased because I had seen the work they had done on my neighbour’s roof and it was terrific. My neighbours had nothing but good things to say about the company too. Our roof is a tricky one with very high peaks and such. The crew from T. Simpson Roofing Ltd. were simply fantastic. They were always polite and patient, worked non-stop, and clearly take pride in their work. The craftsmanship is evident to us and to others who know better than us. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire T. Simpson Roofing Ltd. or to recommend them to someone. They were a terrific company to work with from start to finish.

My husband and I want to thank Jeremy for his professionalism throughout the complete job. He was open and honest and communicated immediately to us when we had any questions. Jeremy made sure that we totally understood the product being installed and the process that would occur once the job started. He even followed up with a call and will drop by if we ever have the need to address any questions or concerns. Tiffany was also in contact with us all through the process and answered our financial questions. The gentlemen that installed the roof and insulation were also very professional, kept the area clean, were polite and friendly. Ken was a super nice guy! He was fast and efficient Our house looks great and is nice and warm. We will definitely recommend this Company

Staff very informative at quote/estimate stage..had time to answer all questions. Explained product and warranty....crew showed up on scheduled date with no delays. Crew efficient and did quality work. Further follow ups after work completed to ensure homeowner satisfaction. Would hire again recommend to others.
