Walter was our contact at the shop and he was super helpful in helping pick out the perfect piece of stone for our project. Made sure we knew exactly how he was going to cut it so we got the best visual of it on our Vanity. It took about 4 weeks to get into our home and the installers Kevin and Brandon were amazing. They were very professional and asked all kinds of questions to make sure they got it installed exactly how we wanted it. They were very knowlegable and we felt confident in there abillities. Now its in it looks awesome and we will reccommend to all our friends and family who need renos to go see The Granite Guys.

When we first went into Granite Guys, Walt was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had shopped different granite businesses but the service at Granite Guys surpassed all of the others. At first we were hesitant... thinking that their price might be very high. We were wrong. They were very competitive. The whole process was painless and we were reassured over and over with the quality of service. Everything was completed on time in a friendly and professional manner. We are thrilled with our new granite countertops and the high quality of service from Granite Guys.

We recently moved into a new house (new to us) and wanted to replace the laminate countertop with quartz. Our first stop was one of the big box stores. On a whim, I stopped by The Granite Guys. From opening the door everything was amazing. They were professional, friendly and competent. We purchased the sink from their plumbing store and their price was competitive. The installers were amazing and the little hole put in my ceiling was dealt with promplty. They've come out to fix a small discoloration on the countertop and we were very pleased with the service. Overall, everyone has been more than professional and I would not hesitaet to recommend them to anyone else looking for a new kitchen.

We had a great experience with this company. They replaced our kitchen countertops in June 2014. The entire process went smoothly and quickly from picking out our granite to our countertop replacement. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They were prompt with service and kept us informed along the way. We've had our new countertops for almost two weeks now and last week we noticed a very small chip along the edge of the countertop by the sink. They have been very prompt so far in dealing with this issue and are scheduled to come out and make the repair. Definitely happy with our experience and for choosing this company over the others!

We removed all the interior walls in our 1959 bungalow to become an open concept design. We were originally going to go with a granite composite but after seeing the website, viewing their selection and seeing the new "leathered" granite look, we were hooked. Right from the start, this company is a class act. From the initial viewing of the granite, picking of the slabs, templating, layout and installation, The Granite Guy's team is wonderful. Quality products, quality people, on-time, on budget, and fair pricing. We could not be more pleased. I would recommend The Granite Guys to anyone looking for this type of product.

We had Granite Guys install the granite countertops in our new kitchen. The first contact was favourable as the gentleman came to the site and was prepared to answer all our questions. He even made a suggestion about edging that my contractor and I had not considered. Work was installed on schedule and looked beautiful. I personally liked the fact that cleaning instructions and products were provided.

Project was done quickly and the selection of product was very good. Installation was very professional. Some confusion over pricing but overall we are quite happy with the job and the service.
