I found this company on the internet and was very happy that we were able to purchase a remnant that suited our project at half the cost. We found Sandra and the sales staff very helpful and the installer Neil were most professional. We will be enlisting this company again when we start on our next project. See this company before you go anywhere.!!!

Recently my sink collapsed from the countertop frame (quartz), so I called The Granite Guys from a random Google search. The guys came within one day with tools in hand. Spotted the problem, noted what needed to be done, and got to it. I appreciated their service immensely, especially since they were not the ones who installed the sink. They were helpful, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, from first contact with Tammy through to completion with Josh and Neil. I obtained 4 quotes for this project and yours was selected based on a very competitive price and the great ideas and advice we received while making our decision.Every one was very knowledgeable and professional in all our dealings. Justin ( templating) called ahead to let us know his arrival time as did the installers Josh and Neil. Demolition and installation was done very carefully and with precision. Justin advised that installation would be within 3 weeks and it actually happened which we really appreciated. The crew cleaned everything up and left us with some good advice on the care and feeding of our new counter tops. Thanks to all involved; it looks great.

This company runs like a well oiled machine. It was nice to have everything arranged through one place (ie. plumbing, backsplash and countertop). So my mom didn't have to find each service seperately. Each step of the process was explained to us and they arrived when they said they would. The final product looks fantastic. The staff made suggestions on where we could save money but we ended up upselling ourselves and in the end my Mom is glad she made the decisions she did. The only gripe I possibly have is that they removed the range hood and weren't willing to put the replacement one in my Mom had choosen because they didn't want to take resposnibility for a possible fire. I can overlook that though as it is minor and they still deserve a 10 for their efficient and quality service. Keep up the good work guys.

Service was very good from template preparation, to installation, to follow up. Granite cutting was very precise and fit extremely well. All staff that serviced us were on time, polite and helpful.

This is the second time that The Granite guys have done an instillation for me. Very satisfied both times. They were punctual, courteous, and are very aimed to please the customer. I recommend them highly.

Granite Guys is a great company and my partner and I could not recommend them enough. From the initial stages to the finish job it went like clockwork and we are super happy with the result. At first we were not sure how far we were going to go with our kitchen renovation, but we are glad we went with the granite counters. Wow what and difference! Highly recommended!

We found the Granite Guys to be an awesome company to work with from start to finish! Our dealings with them where for a new build out of town and we had picked out our granite well over a year before final installation. This wasn't anticipated but there was absolutely no pressure to complete the job until we were ready. We did make some changes to the amount of granite we ended up going with and this again was not questioned. The experience we had from the sales team all the way to the installation team was nothing but courteous and professional. During our project, I did recommend the Granite Guys to a co-worker before our project was complete and not surprisingly, she had a similar experience with her project! Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them again!

From the very beginning of our experience with the Granite Guys to the finish line we had a very positive experience . We were greeted by Amanda and she passed us on to Tammy and all our questions were answered in a professional manner. We had the team of Justin and Kevin come to the house to do our template and they were also very informative. Then it was on to Bella where we chose our granite and they were very helpful with finding the right color to match the color scheme in our home. We had Neil do our layout on site and he and Tammy couldn't have been more helpful. On to the install with Josh and Juan Carlos. The job was completed in a matter of a few hours. They removed all the old counter tops and hauled them away when they left. A clean and tidy kitchen was left when the job was finished. Overall our experience was very favorable and we would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends.

Justin the measurer was very friendly and professional and made a beautiful template of the S-curve vanity top and accurately measured for our fireplace in lroom and bsmt. Josh and Carlos were the amazing installers who showed dedication and genius (yes genius) in fitting everything in beautifully. A fantastic company to do business with.
