After looking at 7 different granite companies, I chose Granite Guys. From the time I signed the contract to when the work was finished..everything proceeded smoothly. They were on time and very professional is providing all services. I had a new countertop, backsplash, taps and garburator installed. Granite Guys were the general contractor for all of this work...for which i was truly greatful!!! All staff who came from removal of old materials, temp-plating, installing backspash and plumbing...were very friendly and highly competent in their tasks. I give Granit Guy and "top 10" rating, and have not hesitated in recommending them to other potential customers.

A friend told me about the Granite Guys so I went and took a look at what they have. Found the most beautiful granite for my kitchen counters - Emerald Pearl - and the price was so reasonable. They came out and did the template and the following week did the install. My counter is absolutely beautiful, which means a lot to me as I am having kitchen cabinets built and installed, which is the worst experience that I have ever gone through. I have fired him and hope to have this completed in the next week by a competent team. So, the only thing right now in my kitchen that is beautiful are the counters - and it will all be outstanding once the job is complete. The staff are among the nicest trades that I have ever dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone! Many thanks Granite Guys!

I have been in home renovations for almost 30 years. In Calgary, it is difficult to find trades that keep their word. The Granite Guys exceeded our expectations in our own home. Exemplary staff from our initial impression down to the install. Everybody was great to deal with and helped guide us to an amazing result. A great result, we could not be happier. We definitely got our moneys worth.

Granite Guys were absolutely professional in every way. The counters are impeccably finished and are simply outstanding. The entire process was done on time and in many ways exceeded our expectations. The crew installing the counters were fast, efficient and competent. We could not be more satisfied! We shopped around for a Granite top for our Custom made formal dining room set. We wanted a rustic look tablee top for the formal contemporary base that was built to cary the weight of the stone. After 2 years of looking , we finally made it to the Granite guys's. The staff was great, providing us with information that no other shop had spoke of. They also provided final surface finishing options as well that no other shop talked about. The end result is an amazing table that we could not have asked for anything better. Thanks to all the Granite Guy's friendly and very proffesional staff!!

Very friendly and helpful! This was the second company we had visited and while they had the granite we wanted it was a bit of a different coloring which we didn't like. They were quick to suggest we go to their suppliers to look at more slabs. We visited two suppliers and found the exact coloring we wanted. The templating was excellent and when the actual granite was installed it matched up perfectly to what was measured and discussed during templating. Both ourselves and our general contractor were impressed with the accuracy and quality of the end product. The granite looks fabulous and everyone at The Granite Guys was a pleasure to deal with. I was referred to The Granite Guys by my brother and sister-in-law as they were really pleased about the work they did in their kitchen and two bathrooms. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tammy who took on our project with enthusiasm and attentiveness (something that wasn't happening with another granite company). The reason we went with The Granite Guys was because they were willing to act as General Contractor for the removal of the backsplash, and the counters, the ordering of the sinks and faucets and the coordination of the plumber. For me this took a HUGE weight off my shoulders and saved me a ton of time. And all through the process, no matter who I spoke to at The Granite Guys, they made me feel like a VIP client even though my little reno project was not a big dollar value to them. They did great work. All the tradespeople who came through our home were professional, thorough and kept a clean work environment. It was a pleasure to work with The Granite Guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We wanted to do a quick, cosmetic renovation to our kitchen. When searching for a granite/stone installer, I called 2 of the most reputable, high-end design companies in the city and both recommended the Granite Guys. There were some tricky spots in the templating and design, but Beau and his team did a fantastic job, even returning after the job was done to "tweak" something that didn't quite feel right. The price was very competitive and the installers left our home spotlessly clean. To top things off, the job was done quickly, allowing us to have our kitchen back asap....very nice when you have a small baby. I wouldn't use anyone else in Calgary for our stone work needs. Love the Granite Guys!

My cabinet company recommended Granite Guys as well as a work colleague - and now I'll be recommending them to others. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with and were very interested in helping make my 'vision' a reality. Each person involved in the process obviously enjoys what they do and takes great pride in their work - what a friendly and cheerful bunch! I had requested quotes from a couple of other companies as well, one of which changed their price (upwards) 3 times during the process. Granite Guys beat them all out by far and kept me within budget. I wanted a recycled glass material and after discussions with Beau and Tammy, decided to use that only on my island, and they helped me find a granite for the perimiter counters that complimented the recycled glass on the island. The templating and installation were arranged quickly and conveniently and the work all done on time and very professionally. I went with a 'waterfall' effect on my island, with side gables of the counter top material extending down the sides on each end to the floor - this was a little more challenging to template and install due to the mitred joints at the ends of the island, but everything turned out perfectly and it looks awesome. The two countertop materials look fabulous together and I'm very happy with the results. Everyone who has seen my new kitchen has been very impressed. I have 2 bathrooms to renovate next and wouldn't even think of using another company for my counter tops!

I am a cabinetmaker. For over thirty years I have designed and manufactured high-end custom cabinets and millwork for discriminating clients. I have worked with several stone suppliers in the past. I wanted to put a checkerboard-pattern granite floor in the entry of my own home (yeah, my wife has been bugging me to get it done). This was my first experience with the Granite Guys. I provided the template and did my own install. The components were cut with great precision. The squares were exactly to specifications. The stair tread piece was an exact match to my model; everything fit perfectly. The materials were carefully bundled for transport. Although this was a rather small job, I felt that the staff was fully engaged in the success of my project. They have acquired a new fan; I will recommend them to my clients.
