Did a very good job for me. Installers were hard workers and professional on their approach to the job. I appreciated Steves help and candour. Id be happy to recommend to anybody that were thinking of installing a fireplace.

Had a great experience dealing with Steve and Morgan on ordering. They were were very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The installers did a great job installing the unit and did exceptionally well framing in and running the duct work. Would definitely recommend this company to others and would use them again myself. From ordering to having the fireplace installed took less then two weeks.

This is the second linear gas fireplace I have purchased from Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces in the last 6-7 years and I cannot say enough good things. Steve and team are very knowledgeable and honest; they don’t try to oversell for what you need and their prices are the best I found for the quality of product and features (and I do a lot of homework before buying!). Great install team. Definitely recommend them.

The installers and gas fitters, must have gone to a course, of How to be the nicest, thoughtful, most professional people!! Honestly they were incredible. From start, purchasing fireplace, through installation, to turning gas on, it was a smooth, uneventful experience. I have a severe form of Multiple Sclerosis and cannot deal with problems thrown my way and truly it was as smooth as silk with an incredible bonus of cheerful people coming in to my house.

It was a pleasure to work with Steve and his crew for our fireplace upgrade. Our wood burner was original to the house and not very efficient, so we upgraded to a high efficiency wood burner. Steve’s crew were very good (working on our first hot summer day). They discovered some mold behind the fireplace which they cleaned and took care of before installing the new one. In love with the fireplace! Can’t wait to use it come the chillier days!

We just had our fireplace converted to gas yesterday and I'm so happy with how it looks. Steve is excellent to work with - he answered all my questions and explained everything in detail when he came out to quote me and I thought the price was very reasonable. Tom, Robert and Dave were great during the install and explained to me the process and how it all worked afterwards. When tearing down the wall we discovered the studs were very spaced out horizontally rather than vertically which made it difficult to mount the TV previously. I appreciated that they put in some extra wood in the wall so I would not have any issues going forward to mount the TV above the fireplace. I would not hesitate to recommend Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces for anyone looking for a fireplace and I am a very satisfied customer.

The whole team is great and the owner Steve is very knowledgeable and quick at responding. They provide an excellent product and great service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a fireplace.

I was very impressed with the service I was given. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. Steve and Trent answered all my questions in detail. The guys that did the installation did a great job. They were very respectful and did great with doing finishing touches on the outside of the house. When the job was complete they took the time to show me how everything worked, which meant a lot. I am a very satisfied customer.
