We purchased two new FireplaceX gas fireplaces at Alberta Wholesale and had them do the install as well. Jodi is very knowledgeable regarding his products and was very helpful in helping us choose the right units for our home. He was able to get the install booked very soon after our units arrived. Tom and his install crew are also great and did a very neat install with an effort to keep our home clean at the same time. I have no reservations to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new fireplace.

Planning started for the basement renovation over a year ago. The project would include the replacement of an existing wood burning stove with a sleek new linear fireplace. I went in to Alberta Wholesale Fireplace and met Jodi who was friendly, courteous and had excellent product knowledge. I didn’t purchase that day and would return several times over the course of many months to ask additional questions which Jodi answered with ease and patience. Steve, the owner made a site visit to ensure the install would be workable in the space being contemplated. I finally made the purchase in June and Jodi handled all of the logistics. Tom came to perform the install and was able to easily troubleshoot an issue that arose due to the placement of an existing window well. Installation was completed on time and on budget. I needed help resolving some questions/issues that came up relative to framing and gas supply line work undertaken by subcontractors. I turned to Jodi who responded quickly to provide assistance and put me in touch with people who could help. Steve, the owner even came to my home to advise on the finished framing. Their support has been invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with AWF again. Their staff is top notch. They’ve exceeded my expectations.

We replaced an existing gas fireplace in our basement which we found out had been installed by another company illegally. This replacement was the 3rd fireplace we have purchased from Wholesale Fireplaces. Our salesman, Jodi, is very knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and worked hard to set us up with what we wanted; went that extra mile. Dylan, who installed the fireplace was very professional, courteous and pleasant to have in our home. His workmanship on that install was exceptional, laid out throw blankets to cover the carpet and flooring; very clean and tidy. We are extremely happy with Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces and think our fireplace looks exquisite!

Jodi was extremely helpful guiding us in our purchase. He was able to give us all the ins and outs of gas fire places. The install was done professionally. I would recommend them.

When my husband and I decided to renovate our living room and replace our fireplace we reached out to Steve and his crew. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He listened to my ideas and gave me suggestions on different decor styles to suit the look we were hoping for. The turnaround time was very quick, and Steve and his crew were a pleasure to have in our home. Quick with a laugh, they indulged my nosy dog trying to eat their lunches and snack on their workboots, all the while being very thorough with me on each step of the install. If you want a beautiful Fireplace and a pain free install, Steve is your guy!

We did a whole main floor reno, including the fireplace. Jodi and the installers worked well together with our contractor to make that part of the reno go extremely smoothly and timely. Jasper did an amazing job on the stone, and again, the job went smoothly. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Alberta Wholesale FIreplace ! Big thanks to Jodi and Steve! :)

The attention to detail and exact delivery of everything promised both verbally and on our contract was by far the highest standard of workmanship and professionalism I could have imagined. Steve talked with us initially and Dylan and Dan did the install. Absolutely remarkable! No hesitation in recommending. As dirty as the job could have been, the work was done with white glove care and very little disruption to our household. Extremely satisfied!

Alberta WhoesaleFireplace did a wonderful job. The young men were on time and after discovering our old gas insert hadn't been installed properly spent extra hours making it right. They were pleasant to have in out home. Would definitely recommend.

Many years ago we bought our first gas fireplace from Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces Ltd. It was a basement install and finances being what they were with a young family we chose a lower end unit. Steve and his staff were very accommodating and the unit continues to work perfectly today. Each time we have attended the Home show Steve has remembered us and greeted us accordingly. When it came time to replace a wood burning insert in our masonry FP on the main floor the choice was simple, Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces sold us a beautiful unit that draws rave reviews from all our guests. The install went exactly as promised except that they left without leaving the remote control unit. The next day Steve delivered it personally. One of my daughters is in the process of purchasing a replacement for her wood insert. My other daughter will be doing so soon. Both are purchasing with confidence from Steve and his team. When a gas fireplace in a home my son recently moved into was behaving unusually Steve was more than will to help us trouble shoot.
