We had a wood burning fireplace and replaced it with a gas fireplace. Steve and Jodi were great to deal with - friendly, honest and provided good suggestions. Steve even came out to our home twice - the first time to give us a quote and the second time (on a Sunday afternoon) because we had a question. He definitely went above and beyond and we really appreciated that. The quote was accurate; the work was done quickly, precisely and efficiently in a day. I would definitely recommend Alberta Wholesale Fireplace to anyone looking for a fireplace.

Received excellent customer service from Jodi before making the final order to make sure it would be the right choice. Installation was done quickly and to code (since had it inspected by the city). Haven't been able to enjoy the new fire yet as there is still construction going on in my basement but when turned on it looks fantastic. Many thanks to Jodi and his team. I have already made recommendations to friends and family.

We had been researching and thinking about replacing our old fireplaces in our home for a couple of years. We had visited about 5 different places to speak with them and get quotes. Alberta Wholesale was by far by far the most helpful and knowledgable staff we had spoken to. Jodi was great to deal with. No one came close to providing us with the information and comfort we were looking for. Our install was just finished and the installers were very friendly, quick and knew what they were doing. Very clean and the work was done very well. They answered any questions we asked. We were originally close to going with another company, but I am so glad we checked out Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces, as in my opinion, they are one of, if not the best company out there for your fireplace needs.

We were in the market for a wood burning fireplace, had chosen a different company, made all the arrangements, had the install date set and then were told there were additional costs. We chose to look for another company and am very glad we did. Jody was so helpful and knowledgeable and then Steve came to the house and informed us we could not put a wood burning fireplace in as we did not have the clearance in the basement. He gave us detailed information on the gas fireplace and the installation. I was disappointed at first as I wanted wood burning but now I am so happy with the convenience, the look and the cleanliness of the gas fireplace. I am pleased with Alberta Wholesale, the price was very good and there are no surprises, they make sure you have all the information, that's important to me.

We were in the market for a replacement fireplace for our old wood-burner in the family room and visited this company's showroom. Were were helped by Jody, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner then visited our house to provide an estimate and make recommendations as to the type of new fireplace that would suit our existing decor. Finally, we returned to the showroom to see how the recommended fireplace looked and functioned. We were quoted a firm price for purchase and installation of the new fireplace, which included removal of the old one. The fireplace arrived when promised as did the installation crew. They put down mats to protect the floors and worked efficiently for about 6 hours to remove the old and install the new. The crew was courteous and professional, and went the extra mile to ensure the installation was to our complete satisfaction. A job very well done from start to finish.

Nobody could provide us with the product for our old wooden Fireplace. We wanted to make our old wooden fireplace more efficient so we wanted to upgrade it. nobody had any products at all. These guys were the only ones that could find something to the dimensions of the fireplace without altering the structure and costing a lot of money. It took approximately 10 years to find the fireplace that would work with our dimensions. We were very pleased they were very efficient about installing the product and the product worked well thereafter Except for when it gets really really cold -22 to - 30 It has a problem of lighting But even so this is way better than the old cold wooden Fireplace that allows in a lot of cold air. we are very happy with the product And we waited 10 years to get it.

I have been nothing but impressed with these people. They stayed open past business hours to accommodate me, came to inspect immediatley when I had a concern and were warm and friendly. True professionals that care.

The sales staff was friendly and knowledgable. The installation team was amazing clean,efficient, and professional. I firmly believe you pay for a service this good but i have no regrets and would highly recommend
