    Second level hardwood floors

    Very happy with our second floor hardwood installation. Bella was very helpful with the product selection and the customer service with Milton Hardwood was outstanding. Joe did a fantastic job with the installation. The end product is a seamless, perfectly installed floor. Joe is a very hard worker and takes pride in his work-and it shows!

    Beautiful Work! Thanks to Belle and Joe

    Recently installed hardwood into our 2nd floor office. Matched it up to work that Milton Hardwood Team did for us in the hallway and bedroom a few years ago. Joe and his team were very professional and kept our home extremely clean. The quality of the work is superb and the finished product is just beautiful. It was completed in just one day. Also, Belle was very lovely to deal with throughout the entire process. She was quite personable and communicated very well with us along the way. We would definitely recommend Milton Hardwood for others to have their hardwood installed.

    Hardwood Installation

    The whole team at Milton Hardwood was a pleasure to work with! We needed hardwood installed upstairs and researched many hardwood retailers all over the GTA. We knew right away that we were going to go with Milton Hardwood as soon as we stepped in the door. We dealt with Richard who really exceeded our expectations on so many levels. He was professional, knowledgeable and always answered any questions or concerns immediately. He also made several phone calls to find out if he could get the same wood to match our downstairs and ended up finding the exact one making all our flooring in our home look seamless. The team led by Joe that came to work on our installation was amazing. They were punctual, hard working and made sure that our place was cleaned once the job was complete. We strongly recommend Milton Hardwood, and would not hesitate to let our friends and family know what a great experience we had. THANK YOU once again Milton Hardwood for a job well done!

    Hardwood Flooring

    Thank you Belle!! What a pleasure it was to find someone as knowledgeable about her products as Belle was at Milton Hardwood Floors. Not only was she was able to find me an product that blended seamlessly to the other products in my home, she did it for a price that left the other suppliers in the dust. I will be recommending MHF to friends and clients from now on. Thank you

    Superior Cumin Hardwood

    First of all I wish to express how satisfied both my husband and I were with the customer service we received when walking through the doors at Milton hardwood! Belle was a real pleasure to work with, she was able to give us the best price and selection of what we desired for our home. We choose Superior Hardwood. as the name states, it simply is Superior. Her level of customer service and friendliness is so nice to still see..:) We already have Superior hardwood in our home and to find a supplier so close to home with great customer service, made our choice of choosing Milton Hardwood questionable without doubt I would recommend Milton Hardwood for the service and selection of the best wood available.. Thanks Milton Hardwood, Belle and Richard!!

    Vintage Engineered Hardwood Flooring Order

    It was a pleasure working with Milton Hardwood Floors!! We ordered new flooring from Milton Hardwood in October 2016 and had it delivered from Canada to the US. This cross-border delivery required special attention to ensure a successful delivery, which was carefully orchestrated by Milton Hardwood. I worked directly with Richard and he provided exceptional service, was extremely knowledgeable of the products we were considering, and provided prompt responses to emails and phone calls throughout the process. At first, I was hesitant working with a company outside the US, but Richard's service made the final decision to work with Milton Hardwood very easy. I highly recommend Milton Hardware, especially for US residents looking to order high quality flooring directly from Canada. Thanks Milton!!

    Hardwood Floor Review

    Just had my hardwood installed by Milton hardwood and couldn't be happier. The crew did a great job and Richard was amazing to deal with , looks great! I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in installing hardwood in their home.

    Kichen and living room reno

    Both Jessie and Richard were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Taking samples home made it much easier to make a decision about the kind of flooring and the colour. Jessie also gave me the info where to get the stairs and where to get the matching stain which was wonderful I would recommend them with no hesitation.

    Hardwood floor

    What a pleasure it was to deal with Richard from Milton Hardwood. Great customer service, fast turnaround and the product was impeccable. I would definitely recommend buying your hardwood from them. It fit in seamlessly with the modern look we were trying to achieve.

    Sanding work

    Customer service started wonderful at first contact but decreased at every subsequent. I think they started to realize their quote wasn't that profitable (the quote they themselves calculated). Customer service was poor (I had to babysit the staff in making arrangements to schedule the work), and price changed twice, despite the fact that the scope never changed. The sanding part of the work was excellent but they messed up the colour, which was the ONLY reason why I needed to sand the floor. I caught the mistake half way in time to change it but they neither acknowledged the mistake, nor stand for their word or the sample they made me pick from. I'm gonna say if you want the modern colours/trends and a job that requires slight more care to achieve good results, this store is not for you.
