Buying a new home is exciting but extremely stressful. Vikki at Milton Hardwood Inc. eased my anxiety by making the process of installing the hardwood flooring for my bedroom simple. Vikki was knowledgeable, professional, yet very easy to talk to. Her patience with my lack of knowledge, (seeing as we are not all experts) and pleasant personality made it clear that I was dealing with a company that prides themselves on customer satisfaction. She walked me through the details of my job, quoted me a fantastic price and an invoice was available to me instantly. I had no difficulty with making changes and communication was a quick phone call away. A big thank you to the installers who did a fantastic job, but especially to, Vikki!

Just wanted to say thank-you for the amazing floor and stair installation in our home Milton Hardwood recently completed. We received a great price on an engineered and top quality flooring and installation that looks absolutely fabulous! Thank-you for adhering to our agreed upon installation schedule since this involved the relocation of more than half of our household furniture. It was essential to get the project done on time to enable us to return our furniture to place as soon as possible. Joe, the experienced leader of the installation team directed his men throughout the project, working hard to ensure the job was completed within three days rather than the originally scheduled four. He demonstrated his finesse and experience by doing the coping and molding quickly at the end of the project after completion of the more challenging and difficult job of installing the new stairs and railing. Joes proposed layout of the curved staircase boards at the top of the stairs demonstrated his fine craftsmanship and experience. Furthermore, the team did a fine job of cleaning up all the cardboard boxes and debris as the job progressed so we were able to use our garage and driveway each night. We are thrilled with the installation and the team that carried out the work and look forward to using Milton Hardwood for our remaining floor projects in the near future. I purchased hardwood flooring for the main floor of our home. During our visits to the store everyone was courteous and very friendly. Once we decided, Ricardo came to take and confirm measurements, during the visit he informed me on how the floor should be prepared. On the agreed date the installers (Joe, Jessie, and Adam) came to do the hardwood installation. They took two days to do the work and the new floor looks great! They were very clean during the install and even carted away all the construction material, the office even called to ensure I was happy with the work. Milton Hardwood did a great job and I would be pleased to recommend them to others.

Awesome customer service,very friendly and approachable staff. Vicki made the entire process quick and seamless for us.The price was good and the install was amazing.....we are extremely pleased with the way our floors look.We would love yo refer all our friends and family to them!!

I purchased $15,000 worth of hardwood floor from Ricardo at Milton Hardwood Floor. I had other quotes and gave the business to Ricardo if they could match as they were local, right from the deposit he started complaining about how cheap the job was and that he had exceed his authority. He gave me the impression he wanted to get out of the contract, but as we had already given him the deposit he was stuck. The order started to go bad from there, delivery times were not met, the owner Joe got into a verbal altercation with me when he did not deliver on Ricardo’s promises. They both blamed each other and took every opportunity to remind me how cheap I was getting it. Neither would take responsibility for the others actions, once the floor did arrive and was installed, Ricardo called me and said he had ordered too much floor (which he blamed on me) I reminded Riccardo he had measured the floor. His response was that I should still pay for it and that he didn’t need to let me know as I had already paid for the job, as if he was doing me a favour for not ripping me off. The floor subsequently cracked and large gaps appeared, once again Riccardo and Milton hardwood floor deflected any issue and blamed Superior Flooring. I was told to deal with them. Apparently since they got their cash they didn’t want to help as they had made a pricing mistake in the first place. Several message later, including to the owner Joe and I was finally put in touch with the manufacturer. They were to report back to Milton and let me know what they would do to fix the issue. Again two months later and no follow up, I called Milton floor spoke to Riccardo was told I was an impatient customer (really a year later) laughable. And side he didn’t know when it would be fixed as they were too busy and he hung up on my. I wouldn’t recommended Milton Hardwood Floor to my worst enemy.

We bought a fernbrook house recently and Milton hardwood was the company that installed the hardwood on the main floor through the builder, so we hired them after we took possession to install the top floor because it was cheaper than going through the builder. When joe and his sons arrived to do the job they were polite and on time. When I asked how long the job would take joe said one and a half to two days, this was bad news because we were moving in the next day,when I told joe this news he didn't skip a beat, he just got on the phone and called a few more crews to come and help I think about five more guys showed up and before I knew it the job was done. Even with the speed that things were done they didn't cut any corners and even with that many guys in the house I didn't here one word of profanity or a signal complaint, and there was no damage to walls or anything else to speak of. Thanks again joe you and your guys were great

Richard was great to deal with in providing an estimate based off of the builder's plans. Joe, Jessie and Adam came out to do the work exactly as scheduled and they did an expert job. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and we would recommend them to anyone. They also took their time to clean up the entire area after they were finished, even the garage. Excellent job guys!

All installers were very hard working, courteous, accomodating and friendly. I could not have been more happy with the work they performed. Project was completed with perfect detailed fit & finish in all respects. Selected "Vintage Hardwood" product line which has a fine high quality durable coat finish, allowing precision joint fit at seams. Final appearance is outstanding. Worth extra bit of money. Finally; You will be so very happy if you select Milton Hardwood. Gently moved furniture and cleaned up afterwards. Another reason: Important little details I did not think of in advance such as; Installers reminded me/requested I obtain soft underpads for all furniture legs which they attached before placing back on finished floors. A small but important detailed reminder, which comes only from Professional caring experience. They cared that much, where some other installers may not? After they left...floors gleamed of quality! So very happy.

Milton Hardwood Flooring was the original installer of hardwood in our home that was built 8 years ago. When we wanted the carpeting replaced in the Master Bedroom we reached out to them and they matched the brand and shade of the original hardwood installed at time of construction. The transition from the existing hardwood hallway through to the MBR and walk in closet is seamless and it looks like the flooring was all done at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about Ed Arce and also his installation team led by Joe. BTW the install was done two days after the quote - in at 8:30 and out at 3:30pm. An expert and professional installation even with some challenges within the Walk In closet, followed by a complete clean up. Very pleased with the quality of product, workmanship and support. We highly recommend Milton Hardwood Floors and will use them again Kudos to all!
