Premium Product; Premium Service - 10 out of 10! The team at Amberwood doors were exceptional in every regard. From helping us finalize the overall design and make choices, to the production and installation. Any questions I send via email were promptly responded to by Chris. I think that he was the best Salesperson I have ever worked with for a product on the house! At the end of the day, the front door is a 100% custom, unique and beautiful addition to our home. The front door sets to whole tone when people come to the door – and adding a door from Amberwood has significantly improved the overall appearance and functionality of our front entrance. If you need a wood door for your home, they are highly recommended by me!

My front door is a work of art. Perhaps the best investment in my home I have ever made. Made of solid wood and installed by craftsmen it was worth every penny. I cannot recommend this service highly enough - by far the best custom door manufacturer I found would highly recommend .

Amberwood doors represented by Mr. Art did my front door at the house and the quality, timing and service are excellent. I gave then the contract to replace all the doors at my house with my eyes closed. Better, they referred me to a finishing carpenter and cabinet maker Vincent Edwards who topped up the whole experience all together, his skills, workmanship and efficiency shows well giving him the full project of a contemporary kitchen, bathroom vanities, baseboards. If I was to recommend anyone in this area of work then it is Amberwood Doors (Art) Finishing Carpentry and Cabinetry (Vincent)

We are still loving our door! We’ve had countless people ask about the door. They stop me when I’m cutting the grass and even last week when I was shoveling snow. A couple even stopped their car on the street and walked up to ask about it. No drafts either! Money well spent. Thanks Colin!!

After spending $13 000 for a wooden bifold system I am unable to recommend them. Art was great during the sales process (the do not install these doors, that cost another few grand) but failed to mention important facts including that the trim is not included (seriously, for a DOOR that costs as much as it does), it does not come with a lock which you can access from outside (that's more $$ and what a shoddy product it is, ours broke within a year and they wanted crazy money to repair it, we had to seek out parts and repair it on our own), and gave us no instructions at all for the care of the door (ours is mahogany and its finish started to deteriorate a year after purchase). Every time you call them about an issue they want $$$, hardly what I'd expect for such a product. Also, the door does not stay open, you have to use a rock or door stop to keep it so, not exactly a sleek, high end look. Would not recommend, I'd look at other options in the future.

Amberwood has provided our most excellent renovation experience, ever. From Rick Facchini's personal warmth and his consultative design skills, to the installation expertise of the Amberwood contractor team (Martin and Bob) assisted by Sammy from Amberwood, it has been an all-positive interaction. The finished product exceeds our expectation; it is of outstanding quality. I would personally recommend Rick and Amberwood to anyone who values quality,

We came to Amberwood Doors on a recommendation from a family member for a new front door (+ sidelights) in a house we were building. Rick and Colin were helpful, patient, and gave great advise. The install was magnificent and our front door is my favourite part of the house. Sure it was expensive, but it was one of our splurge items and the final product was money well spent. One year after living in our house, we switched out our old back patio door for a second Amberwood door to match the front. Beautiful work. Highly recommended.

This has been a while coming but I should have written this long ago. About 2 years ago, my wife and I couldn't come to an agreement about the basement. I wanted a bedroom and my wife just wanted a big space. So we came up with a solution and took a trip to Amberwood Doors. Amazing showroom. We were greeted by Rick F. and he patiently explained everything to us and even helped us out with the cost. He always gave objective answers and there was no pressure with the purchase. During the reno, everything to do with the space the doors were to fit into had to be perfect. Rick was always there to consult with myself and the my contractor. He even made several house visits and was always available if there were any questions or issues. When the doors finally came in and were installed, it was perfect! Work of art, really. The doors are really beautiful and work just as well. Top quality workmanship and service. I could not have asked for more. 8 months later the doors had to be adjusted. I emailed Rick on a Sunday, not expecting any response till the following day but he actually called me to address my concern. An arrangement was made and my doors were fixed in a couple of days by one of their very capable staff, Roy I think his name was. I had to call again several months later for another minor fix also by Roy and haven't had to call again since. Great company, quality workmanship and excellent service, especially from Rick who was there at every step of the way. Expensive yes but if you can afford it, it's well worth it! This is the first time that I've ever given 10 stars. Thanks Rick! p.s. it's a little extra but get the trim and have them install it. Makes a world of difference and we would have really regretted it if we didn't.

The team at Amberwood Doors is not afraid of unusual door projects. After numerous attempts of trying to get other related companies to understand my needs and vision going nowhere. I finally got in touch with the right people at Amberwood Doors. From our very first conversation to my delivery and installation, these people came through as my supplier for custom interior 9 foot Bifold Glass Wood panel doors. Many thanks to Art Frazek and Samantha for their energy and passion exhibited throughout this process. Their ability to understand my vision and more importantly, make it come true, speaks for itself... Well done and I would most certainly recommend this company and it's people to anyone that is looking for doors.

We worked with Amberwood Doors about 2 yrs ago and we're completely satisfy. Art made the whole procedure so easy and painless. I absolutely love my mahogany door and we're constantly getting compliments on our door. Their customer services and product are incredible and will definitely use them for all my future projects.
