They did not clean up well. Did not take bags away as in the past. A rush job.

Got my gutters cleaned. Technician left an absolute mess in the yard, and on new patio roof. Was left with a bad taste in my mouth, so got up on the roof to inspect the gutters, and they where still very dirty inside! They also charged me to fix two of the seams on the high section of the roof, which I cannot access to check. The next rain we got, the gutter is leaking!! They never fixed it! Dont use!

So disappointed and frustrated. Gave them 3 weeks notice - and booked roof cleaning, gutters and power washing. The tech arrived on the Monday, did the roof and gutters, but the power washer was broken. Tech promised to be back before the end of the week. This was imperative as I had window cleaners and painters booked on a very tight schedule. By the Thursday - no one had returned to do the work. I phoned NSHS office 3 different times - left messages and no one called me back. On the 4th call I was finally told there were no trucks available and the work would be completed on the Monday. I had to cancel both the painters and the window cleaners with less than 24 hours notice. Monday morning I received an email - not even a phone call - from Cory - to say the tech had to cancel. Again I had to cancel the painters and the window cleaners with less than 24 hours notice - with a total cost of $275.00 for the two sets of no notice cancellation fees. NSHS has not refunded one penny of these charges that I have incurred because they didn't show up for the scheduled work , nor did they keep me advised of when the work would be completed as they didn't return any of my phone calls. I will never use or recommend this lousy company to anyone.

Edit: It turned out that Cory was on vacation right after my job, and he called me a week later and now the job has been completed. Here is the original post: A guy came to install gutter guard for us, he started working right away without noticing us. I went out and greet him and asked him if he can show us some pictures of the 2nd-floor roof after the job is completed as we cannot see them. The guy was polite and promised he will show us some pictures after the job was done. However, the guy just left without noticing us. We were confused and not even sure if he had finished the job or not. I went out and found out that he didn't install any filter box at the downpipe at the ground level, which was promised during my conversation with Cory, as well as indicated on their website. I called them 10+ times in the past 3 days and I was never able to talk to Cory anymore. If you call their number you can press 1 for booking new appointments, or press 3 for customer service. If you press 3, which is ext 201, no one will pick up (called 5+ times and left 2 voice messages). If you press 1, someone will pick up right away, but all they say is they will leave a message to Cory, who will never call back. Cory: if you read this can you PLEASE CALL ME? You have my number.

Okay... here we go. I am usually very reasonable when I hire a service. I am not the type of customer that will complain for a tiny insignificant thing just to take any advantage. I know those kind of people. The problem is... I paid almost $600 for exterior WINDOW cleaning and gutters. And NONE of those 2 services were done properly. It was the worse $600 spent. The first person who came to my house to do the service arrived pretty late in the day... I thought they had forgotten about me. Clearly a lack of a well planned schedule by whoever schedules that for them. Second of all, when I pay for a WINDOW cleaning, I don't expect the service to be limited to GLASS only. The service was done glass only, poorly cleaned. I could totally do that myself. I still see dripping marks on a few windows from the soap and dirty water and all the frames were left as is. The means moss everywhere on the skylight frame and lots of thick dust on a few glass doors from a reno that we had this past winter. The gutters were still pretty dirty too. I wasn't going to complain when I saw the marks on the glass and the moss, but when I saw the dirty gutters, that really made me upset. They sent someone else to fix the problem, and guess what? I did not any change on the moss and the person left without even checking with me the issue was addressed. I haven't checked the gutters yet, but we didn't hear any activity on the roof. He told me he would check the entire roof. Anyways, so after this second time, I emailed the office expressing my disappointment with the service and never got a reply back to apologize. Go check YELP and you will see the truth about this company.

Nathan did a fabulous job of our windows, inside and out. I'm definitely having him back in 6 months. I've dealt with North Shore Home Services for years and found them to be courteous, helpful and professional.

I asked for a quote, then for a schedule and I was very pleased by the work done in a professional way. The technician who performed the cleaning was helpful, polite. No mess, no garbage left on the premises. Price was fair. Quick response, what was promised was done. I will recommend this business to anyone.

We had gutter damage due to recent winds and we needed work done quickly. The staff arrived on time and performed the service very well; and they cleaned up nicely before leaving. We were very happy with the experience.

I really didn't want to write this, but I gave North Shore Home Services plenty of time and opportunity to rectify the issue. Early communication with Cory was excellent. I was in for gutter cleaning, and a pipe extension which was completed quickly by their crew. Since I have no business on the roof, I can only assume the work has been completed as instructed. The problems: 1. The pipe extension blew off in less than a month after the installation. It's been about a month and half since reporting the issue and is currently held in place by nothing more than twine until they can come back to fix this--If they ever come back. I have no business on the roof, but looks like I'll have to fix this myself. 2. The lower gutter was not cleaned properly and started overflowing during the next rainfall. I have no business on the roof, but I ended up clearing the debris myself. I believe the other gutters are fine, but I shouldn't have to check their work. 3. I was left with a big mess to cleanup in and around the house. 4. I reached out to Cory to schedule a repair regarding #1, but repairs have been continuously pushed back for weeks, and communication seems to have dropped off despite attempts to followup. So, here we are. Three months, some heavy rainfall, and a few wind storms later and the extension is still--literally hanging by a thread. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this company, since I haven't had a positive experience since the initial booking.

Quote came across as predicted. Liam did his work in a timely manner with before and after photos. Was very impressed to a point I may choose to use them for an exterior cleaning. Thanks again.
