Three days after installation and we are very pleased with our new front door. Doorway Inc was excellent when it came to asking questions, choosing a door, price and installation. Our neighbours recommended them to us and we will definitely recommend them to others.

We recently had 3 exterior doors replaced. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Great customer service, excellent workmanship and quality doors. It took us a long time to find a company to do this work. We are so pleased with the results.

The process with Doorway was excellent from start to finish. From the selection of our door system in their showroom to the final installation, we could not be happier with our new front doors. Being able to actually look and feel the door we had selected was a huge plus. Rick also provided great desgin advice on color selection to go with the exterior and interior features of our house as part of the measuring process. Installation was quick and professional and the installer left the job site in perfect condition.

The door selection was better than other places we looked. The styles and finishes in the show room are exciting. Service was easy, friendly and fast. If we had an ETA mid-project it would have been good because we weren't sure on timing. Other than that the installer was fast and professional, the door looks amazing. Wish we did this sooner!

Our old storm door was in rough shape and not energy efficient so we wanted to replace it before the winter. We started researching doors and installers. We initially chose another company which turned into a nightmare. Purchasing the door was no problem but trying to get a final purchase price was virtually impossible. We finally gave up as they refused to finalize a price and asked for our money back. I found Door Way Inc. listed here on HomeStars with a 10 star rating. I read the reviews and those of other companies. I spoke with Brianna on the phone who assured me that I would not experience the same frustration with Door Way. We went to the showroom where Brianna was very helpful in helping us choose the best door for our home and our budget. We were pleased to find that we would not be charged extra for the colour we wanted unlike the other company where there is a charge for any colour but white. Brianna gave us an all in price on the spot including sending out someone to measure the door, the door and hardware, and installation. The firm price was less than the estimate we got at the other company. The time frame she promised us was right on. Eric did an excellent job of the installation and answered any questions we had. Both Brianna and Eric were very personable and professional. Best of all the door looks absolutely fantastic. Thank you Door Way Inc.

Our front door needed to be replaced after 25 years. Working with Door Way was a pleasure. They suggested a design modification that works beautifully and the hardware is top-notch. The predicted turnaround time was accurate plus the customer service was excellent. When it came to the actual installation, our installer showed up exactly on time, worked steadily for the better part of the day, let us know what he was doing and why, then did a thorough cleanup afterward. We are very happy with the results!

We ordered a front entry door and sliding patio doors from Door Way Inc. in Burlington. They were absolutely great during all stages of the project. The office staff guided us through the many available options, and helped us to make the best choices within our budget. The doors were delivered during the promised time frame. Finally, the installer who came to our house (Doug), was very skilled, fast and professional. Overall, a very positive experience with this company, and I would recommended to anyone who is looking into this kind of projects.
