We were contacted by All Water Solutions after we moved into our new home. We were dissatisfied with the quality of our water, so we invited a representative to come by and test it. After the test, he outlined the different water treatment systems they offer and the benefits to each of them. Two days after we selected the systems we wanted, technicians came to install them. The technicians were punctual and efficient. We are glad that we had the work done, and it has improved our quality of life.

My wife and I had a very knowledgeable sales associate who did water testing in our newly built home in Courtice. The presentation took roughly an hour but was very educational, interactive and felt like we were learning from someone that believed in what they were presenting. The following day we received a call from the GM to confirm the installation time as well as the type of stone countertop they were installing the reverse osmosis system on. Due to circumstances of our own we had to postpone till the next day. The GM was very professional and accommodating even though he had to intercept his employees before they arrived at our house to find no one home. We would encourage anyone looking for thier "All Water Solutions" (pun intended) to contact the staff at All Water Solutions. Thanks for the great customer service. Regards

I bought a water filtration unit when I moved into our house in 1997. It had given me years of faithful service, usually with only routine maintenance each year. In the last year or so I had been having issues with the O rings wearing out prematurely, which caused the system not to function. After several attempts to correct the situation failed I contacted the head office and the owner Len was very helpful in resolving my problem. He even upgraded my unit to a modern computer unit. I was very impressed with his quick response to my issue and his willingness to go the extra mile to advocate for me and ensure my complete satisfaction. His word really is his bond. I'm surprised that I haven't heard of RainSoft sooner. I really think it should be advertised more. People do not realize the benefits of your service and the work should be spread. I have really noticed a difference since having the equipment installed. The only thing that gets me is the cost involved. Though, I do appreciate the offer of household cleaning supplies and personal hygiene products. That did make the difference in our decision. I also appreciate the deferred payment option which we took as I am currently on maternity leave and the cost of the RainSoft system is currently beyond our means. Overall, so far, I am a satisfied customer. Thanks

As a good follow up - I would recommend having the sales rep return and execute the same demonstration to show the difference in water quality after RainSoft is installed. I would have really enjoyed that.

Derek, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and tested our air quality in multiple areas of the home while providing us with plenty of information to make our decision to purchase that much easier. Following the purchase our installer arrived precisely on time and was professional, courteous and clean...while showing us how the products work, he answered all of our queries thoroughly. My family installed a EC4 water softener/treatment system/Reverse Osmosis (kitchen)/Whole House chlorine filter,Portable Air Filter/Furnace Filter installed in September 2012.Very professional and organised installation.Very helpful follow up instructions and prompt feedback from company.

For many years ive suffered with very dry skin and allergies, ive tried everything from creams to natural therapy and western medication. 10 years ago a gentleman came by and tested my water. I was shocked with what I saw and when he showed me the difference of what their system could do I knew I had to have it. My husband was worried because his friend purchased a system from another company and paid less but I just knew I had to have this one. 10 years later our machine is working perfectly! the service department has been amazing and my husbands friend who got the cheaper system is already on his third one and has now paid more overall than we did the first shot. So when All Water contacted us again to tell us about their new Air treatment system I knew it had to be just as good. We learned a lot about our air and the machine has now been helping me with my allergies for the last two months. The only thing im upset with the salesperson about is that he didnt tell me the air cleaner would bring an end to my husbands snoring!!! I would have purchased two!

We have had a RainSoft water softener for 10+ years. Local distributor contacted us about the air purification system. Having been totally satisfied with the softener we were that the air purification system would be equally as good. We have now had it operating for over a month and have noticed a vast improvement with the dust in our house as we have 3 dogs.

I was originally contacted regarding your water conditioning products but actually ended up buying your air quality control unit....it's quiet, easy to care for and takes most of my cat smells out of the air!!! I would recommend this unit to a friend or family member easily if they were willing to pay so much. Very satisfied with technician and product.
