Real responded to my call for an asbestos check with a same day service call. he was very pleasant and answered all my questions. the report was issued. the asbestos was removed. the lovely Megan sent the dss report and certificate of removal promptly. very happy with the experience.

We were told by the ESA that they wanted an air quality test done before the would even enter our home to approve our electrical , so these people can in on Monday did there thing , and said we would have the results by the week end . Thursday we didn't hear anything , and figured we won't now until Monday because Friday was Canada day .low and be hold my phone buzzed at 10:00 pm on the Friday night and it was Megan with our results , NO ASBESTOS FOUND !!! I would totally recommend this company . Thanks again Megan .

Although we have been suspicious of the existence of asbestos-containing vermiculite in our attic insulation for years, we were prompted lately to have it tested for asbestos due to being contacted about an ongoing class action suit against a company called "Zonolite." I called Real Landriault from Asbestos Environmental of Canada for a consult, sample-taking and subsequent testing of the product in our attic. Real was wonderful to work with; prompt, friendly, businesslike and reassuring. He even made a "house call" in the late evening to accommodate our schedule. He paid close attention to detail, insured samples were taken from various areas of the attic, was extremely careful in the handling of the stuff and made sure he cautioned us to not go in the attic anymore until results from testing were in. Testing results were speedy as was our notification that there was NO presence of asbestos in any of the samples taken and thus, NO asbestos in our attic! Our many thanks go out to Real for easing our minds about our attic insulation, for his professionalism and prompt and courteous service. Thanks, again, Real!

My husband and I had hired this company to remove the asbestos from our registers. The person who came to our home was very friendly and professional. He was quick and paid great attention to detail. We are very happy with this service and with the gentleman who came to our home. We would hire them again.

They claimed the asbestos linoleum was completely removed. It wasn t. Several layers of the linoleum was still left on the floor. They assumed I wouldn t eventually notice the difference And happily accepted my payment. It s more than just lousy work. It s a betrayal of people's trust. People hire them to remove dangerous substances. It should be a criminal offence to claim that they've done an abatement when they clearly haven't. How many other clients have they dangerously mislead?

Called Real after discovering asbestos around some ductwork. This is the second time I've had to have abatement done. Previously he came for some around the registers. He and his crew were prompt, professional, clean, and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Real and his team again. In fact I know that as soon as I start the future Reno of my basement the first call will be to Asbestos Environmental of Canada!

My wife and I had found some asbestos around our vents due to a lousy cable splitter. Real was very professional and knew his stuff. They were on time and very clean and provided us with references who were also quite pleased. They provided us with an air test and proof of disposal. Would recomended to anyone.
