I was very pleased with Handyman Connection. The office staff handled my request promptly, explained every detail and sent email confirmation. The service representative, Steve, arrived on time (in fact a couple of minutes early). He was friendly, knowledgeable and replaced my light fixture and outlets in a very short time. I am completely satisfied with the service provided and will definitely call upon them again.

Things in three's! 1.Our top deck started to sink on the front corner; requiring careful workmanship in consideration of a custom built screen with stained glass and a fountain mounted within. 2. A long section of fence required a post replacement after the center support split down the middle; only to find three feet round and deep concrete holding it at the bottom. 3. After a kitchen renovation seven years ago that went bad in every way; replacement of both the fridge and stove was now necessary. Upon delivery, the fridge would not fit in the cabinetry; worse yet, the installer informed us that he could not install our gas/ electric stove as the previous renovations did not meet fire code. After researching Handyman Connection, we sent an email and within 12 hours they had responded. We have not regretted our choice in using their services. The communication, follow up, craftsmanship, punctuality and true attention and courtesy shown by each of the staff that we encountered has been exceptional. Paul's rehabilitation of both the deck and the fence was precise, efficient and effortless for us. He truly appreciated the artistic quality of the deck screen, and too care to protect it, while completing the needed repairs. Gerry and his staff resolved the cabinetry and stove issue with ease and attention to the existing workmanship. They not only 'built it right they then made it look right' in every detail. We chose to expand the original contract to have the missing pieces from the previous renovation completed - no more settling for. We believe that we paid a fair price for the highest quality of work and performance therein.

This was my first work done through Handyman Connection and I would absolutely use the services again - largely because of the quality of workmanship and the integrity of craftsman Omer. From start to finish, Omer provided advice on my project and was willing and able to do so much: framing and putting up wallboard on the basement walls, taping, installing ceiling tiles & trim, painting and probably more! He did it all with an eye for detail and the desire and ability to provide an excellent result. If you need quality work done, someone you can trust to have in your home, and someone who is a pleasure to work with, call Handyman and ask for Omer.

Randy did a great job and was really fast. He fixed up the bathroom wall after we had to repair a crack in the basement wall. There were also two small patches in an adjoining room. You can't even tell there was a problem now.

I was impressed with the Handyman Connection right from my very first telephone call. I was in a pinch and needed assistance quickly. Little did I know that it would be so professional, prompt and organized. Omer Cormier was sent to rescue and rescue he did! Initially I needed baseboards and trim installed throughout on the 2nd & 3rd levels of our townhouse. He arrived the same day I called with my request; with a smile on his face and helpful optimism. He was like a breath of fresh air arriving amidst renovation chaos. I cannot say enough to explain how 'Omer' was able to assist and complete. It turned out to be our 1st of several jobs with the Handyman Connection & Omer. It was great to deal with a company and contractor who did what they said they would do, for the price negotiated and actually completed before leaving.

Mike of Handyman just completed his work on our renovation project. He gave us a detailed estimate at a reasonable cost and explained the evaluation and process. The nature of the work required several visits, and these were conveniently scheduled, with phone calls to confirm. Mike is a craftsman in his trade - high quality work in a timely, professional, fashion. His manner was friendly and it was a pleasure to have him working in our home and part of this project.

We had Nathan install balcksplash in our kitchen and complete a few other repairs in the ceciling (pot lighting), crown molding and some finishing touches in our kitchen cabinets. He completed all the work in time and was very accomodating of our schedule with a toddler. Everything was done quickly and clean. I would definitely hire him again and recommend Handyman connections to anyone. Great work and the customer service at the office was excellent too.

Well priced, high quality work. In addition to the contracted work, Mike repaired a number of small issues adjacent to the area he was working in, at no additional charge.

We have used Handyman Connection a few times and have been very pleased with the outcome of the projects. When you are in need of a contractor to get a small job done that requires expertise, the services they provide have been invaluable because they can send licenced qualified people on short notice. Nathan has been our contractor for two installations. He was punctual, very competent and a pleasant individual. You can certainly tell he enjoys the work and takes pride in what he does and that's important. We also had Glen complete an electrical task. He has years of experience and left us with peace of mind knowing that the job was completed to code. We highly recommend the use of Handyman Connection and will continue to use them ourselves.
