The owner Joe helped us recently with our home renovation which included a new custom closet and other custom shelving and mill work in the living room and mud room. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and overall exceeded our expectations. Their in-house designer also provided really good advice and creative ways to maximize space/ storage that we hadn't thought of but now that it's done, we're very happy to have made the changes. Timing for the job was of great importance for us as well as we are expecting and needed the job done before the baby arrived and Niico was bang on for timing as well. Overall we were blown away by them and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom mill work. Thanks Joe!!

Rob, the representative helped us figure out exactly what we needed. He kept in regular contact. The cabinets are top quality furniture. The delivery and installation men were on time, reliable competent and cleaned up afterwards.. Even when there were snags the workers did what was needed cheerfully. We were pleased with the results on all levels. I would highly recommend Fortino's.

My wife works from home and we needed a place for her to work, a place for me to watch tv and a bedroom space for our daughter wgen she visits from New York. It was a challenge for us in our newly renovated condos second bedroom. We worked with Brian and he listened to our needs and designed a wonderful working space to accommodate all of our needs and requirements. The installation was a challenge but Vil and Rick did an amazing job to complete the installation. We recommend Fortino Custom Cabinets to everyone we talk to and whoever vists our new home. Working with Fortino from design through to install was absolutely amazing and an absolute pleasure.

Very bad experience with design and montage. By trying to correct these mistakes, problems got worse. Not able to close doors after hanging my clothes. Despite I asked repairs, I am ignored. My credit card is charged without my approval of the work. Damages generated to newly sanded floors and painted ceilings, no compensation. I do not recommend Fortino Custom Cabinets due to bad experience and battle that I had.

Fortino Custom Closets puts their customers FIRST! Customer service par excellence. It all starts with a face to face meeting with the interior designer who visits your home to take measurements, listens to your requirements & then makes you a selection of a few different plans to choice from. During subsequent meetings you review & plan out your entire closets while seeing them in 3D on a computer screen. At the showroom you select the colors & the type of wood to use. Right before the order is placed you receive final drawings showing all details. You are then contacted by the design team coordinator who sets up a schedule for production, delivery & installation. The day before installation you receive a phone call advising of the installers arrival time. The installation is quick, organized.. Thanks to Rick for his innovated comments & especially to his neatness & clean work process. After the total installation, another phone call from the coordinator to verify that everything is OK. Special thanks to Brian for his patience, amazing understanding of the space requirements we had in our new condo. We recommend this company to anyone who is doing any type of renovation for closets or storage requirements. If you want personal service with excellent quality at a very good price, Fortino Customs Cabinets is the only place to go!

They designed, created and installed a beautiful wall unit around our fireplace in the basement giving the basement a very modern look and feel. For anyone considering a cabinetry installation, I would strongly suggest you consider Fortino for the project

We were extremely happy with our built in TV unit by Fortino Custom Cabinets. The process was great from beginning to end. The design is fantastic and truly customized to our space. The designer was excellent, really listened to our wants/needs and answered all questions and concerns leading up to install. The installers were absolutely fantastic too, paying careful attention to detail and being mindful of the electronic equipment needs. They worked meticulously all day to complete the install and ensured the space was clean before leaving. The final product is of great quality! We were so happy with their work we are having them back to build a desk for our home office.

we found Fortino on line , went to show room, like their work , Brian Lecker designed the cabinet with us. The workmanship superb, installation perfect 8 weeks later we are very happy and we would recommend them anytime

We would not hesitate to recommend Fortino cabinet to our friends and family. Brian the designer was very knowledgable, Nick the installer was excellent and Michael the install scheduler was great. There were hiccups along the way but Michael made sure it was dealt with and fixed right way. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
