We had Nisby Renovations come replace some windows and doors for us as well as doing some siding and painting the stucco. Apart from the siding, everything else was atrocious. Their quality of work, especially the finish, was very bad. They messed up the order initially and so we had to wait 6 weeks for what we wanted to be done. We’re still waiting on the doorbell to be fixed and the caulking. They were also very disrespectful of our home and I even had to endure the manager shouting at me on the phone. In their advertisements they talk about top-shelf workmanship and getting the job right first time but they really don’t know the meaning of it. We’re fed up because it’s been a catalogue of disasters overall and we wish we’d never hired them.

My wife actually found out about Nisby Renovation from the ad in a local newspaper. We decided to have them put on siding for our house. They gave a reasonable quote, got the work done quickly and everything turned out fine. Overall, they were a decent company.

As I told you when you were here I was extremely pleased with the installation of my windows and door. Tony and John were great. They worked quickly and very efficiently and cleaned up any mess they made even when I told them not to bother. They were friendly and professional, and even went the extra mile when my dog got out and ran. I would not hesitate to recommend yourself, and John & Tony to everyone I know. I did post on Facebook how pleased I am, and you know word of mouth is a great way to advertise. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

I recently had the exterior of my home done by Nisby and I am so happy with the work that they did. My house is now the nicest on the block. The estimator was very helpful and even invited me to the showroom to try out the windows and pick my colors. Overall I give Nisby a 10/10 and would definitely refer them to my closest friends and family.

Terrible customer service. Between taking a month to re-measure my windows to place the order, not returning phone calls, showing up at my house to install without previous notification resulting in my having to leave work without previous notice and the employees ruining 2 sets of window coverings and overall terrible customer service I would not use this company again. Management is quick with excuses as to why telephone calls were repeatedly not returned, why i was toldone tjing one day and the complete opposite 2 days later to and why the job was to take up to double the amount of time I was originally quoted. If you're looking for nothing but hassles and worries this is the place to go. I felt as though I had to their job for them to ensure my order would one day be placed.

I’m very happy with the service I received and our window still looks fabulous. They were very efficient and replaced our broken window within 2 hours and I'm very pleased with their work and competitive prices.

After a few quotes from different places decided on Nisby Home Renovations to replace all the windows of my house with. They were right on time with all their estimates, the price quote was within $100, and they did a great job. Have had no issues with the windows since.

If you want a good product but poor service, then Nisby Home Renovations is for you. My windows were supposed to be installed within 4 to 8 weeks. They were all installed over 16 weeks later. I had to call Nisby numerous times to try to get an update on my windows. My salesperson was quick in writing the order but did not have enough customer service skills or just did not care enough to keep me aprised on my window status. I would never use Nisby Home Renovations again for any of my home renovations projects.
