    Furnace tune up

    Our service guy was awesome! We haven't had a furnace tune up yet in our new home and he was knowledgable and incredibly helpful! Very glad we signed up to members

    Excellent Furnace Installation

    I replace two furnaces in our 1971 built house so getting the new combustion and exhaust air piping into a finished basement was challenging. The personnel were very neat, tidy and professional. Overall, a very good experience. I like the parts and labour warranty and additional service warranties

    Furnace cleaning, ducts and furnace inspection.

    Kyle fine a super job and we joined the membership. Kyle was very considerate and professional of his work and takes pride in the job he does,”. You can tell he enjoys doing what he is doing. Would highly recommend.

    Furnace vent & inspection

    Amin Elsaadi was the technician. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and provided options for resolving the issue. I appreciated that he took the time to conduct a review of the condition of the furnace in spite of the fact that his primary task was to add an extension to the exterior furnace vent. Amin made an excellent impression and we would be happy to work with him again. Norman Yanofsky

    Furnace repair

    The service center (Cindy and Kat) got me an appointment on the same day. The technician (Evan Pallone) arrived at the expected time, diagnosed the problem properly and replaced the circuit board. He noticed some leaking from the condensate pan while he was cleaning the furnace so I asked him to address that at the same time. Overall I'm pleased with everyone's customer driven attitude. All personnel was a joy to talk to and friendly.

    Furnace tune up and duct cleaning

    The technician, Mike, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He pointed out some things I should be aware of and was sure to leave the area clean. I would highly recommend Mike and Action Furnace. The extra cost was for tune up of a humidifier. The duct cleaning and furnace tune up were included as part of my comfort club membership.

    Furnace repair

    Action Furnace was great. The tech was very pleasant and he worked very quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes, and he had the replacement part in his van. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and the furnace is back up and running. Would highly recommend.

    Condensation motor

    Very happy with technician, worked fast and efficient Was unhappy about paying thought it was warranty but informed that it was not part of the furnace and air conditioner. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

    A/C Install beginning of summer

    Great walk through, excellent install, called for concerns about the install, had Tech show up, make adjustments & recommend some tips. Tried to install a wifi thermostat myself, and was unable to, called AF and they sent in a Tech to connect the new thermostat, I was happy to pay for the service. All 4 times dealing with AF, very professional and understanding. I don’t rate full marks on surveys, but would definitely rate them a 9 out of 10.

    Furnace service and duct cleaning

    Prompt, excellent service. I know my furnace is good for the season, and they were great cleaning the ducts in the house. Second time I've used Action, and I highly recommend them.
