    Furnace supply and installation

    Action Furnace provided excellent advice and installation service. The furnace was installed a few days ago and performs very well. They even fixed a small problem I had with the ducts which was not expected. I recommend this company.

    Goodman Furnace Repair

    Furnace control board died. Tech found the issue in under 5 mins and had it running again within the hour. Repair was covered under the warranty thankfully as the board was over $800.00 Now looking at their monthly customer program which would not only cover the annual service and vent cleaning.

    Furnace and hot water maintenance

    Will from Action Furnace did the maintenance on my furnace and hot water heater. His knowledge was exceptional and I appreciated him patiently going over everything with me. It was a learning experience as to how the furnace operates and he went through it all so I understood what needs to be done in the future

    Furnace maintenance

    Action furnace was great to work with. Scott was so polite and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as well as he fixed our problem with our furnace. Will absolutely use them again, and will recommend them to friends. Thanks so much !!!

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Great service and exceptional customer communication and service. Very trustworthy and respectful all around. Would highly recommend. They were also timely and gave me a heads up text when they were on their way

    Furnace & Hot Water Heater install

    Excellent customer service, very professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves. Even noticed that we didn't have enough return air vents according to code, and added one. Have also had them install an air conditioner for us in the past, very happy with this company and will use them for all future projects.

    Furnace Installation

    The installers did a nice job with the furnace installation and cleaned up well after the job was done. Matthew answered any questions I had. The only complain I had is that at the end of the job, I was not given the opportunity to read the checklist that I was asked to sign stating that the work was completed. the work was done but I should have had the opportunity to read it first. One other comment - the new filters that were left with the furnace do not appear to be as good as the ones we normally use so I will probably not be using them. Other than that, the job was well done.

    Furnace cleaned

    Matt was wonderful on every way! Really impressed. Just wish the company would change the billing name to mine instead of my late husband. The girl at the office said she would take care of this but not done

    Furnace service and cleaning

    Our furnace and AC units were installed by Action Furnace and followup service has been first rate. Technicians have always been courteous and thorough and have not to have any recalls. Excellent communication and explanations of what is being done. Not the cheapest but we prefer 'best' over price when it comes to gas appliances. That said rates are fair and competitive.

    Hot water tank replacement

    The entire process, from online request to information, to post install follow up, all truly amazing. Corissa P. truly kept it professional and friendly in all correspondence and was patient with my questions. Evan Pallone did the on-site inspection and installation of the tank, super awesome, is all I need to say.
