Floform installed a kitchen countertop and the sink was not mounted as an undermount. They went out of their way to find the template to make it happen. They completely removed the Cambian top and replaced it with a brand new one. They also supplied the sink and taps at a much reduced price compared to specialty stores. Their timeliness and workmanship were awesome!!

Floform Burnaby installed Cambria countertops with obvious colour variance between slabs and refused to rectify situation in spite of all of the promises on their website that promised customer satisfaction. Research has revealed that this should not happen with decent fabricators. They also installed a slab with a bleach like mark on a taupe coloured countertop and claimed that their quality control would only catch this if it was larger than the size of a quarter. Very disappointed in Floform/Cambria and would not recommend.

We were delighted with the installation of our new bathroom countertop, taps, and sinks. From the beginning measurement taking to the final plumbing installation, we were impressed with the workmanship, the punctuality, and the professional of all of those involved in this small, but important to us, job.

Ordered tiles for kitchen walls installation and quartz countertops. There were problems with the installation of the countertops and they had to lift and reset them. The installers also marked up the new SS sink so it had to be replaced. The wrong colour of faucet was delivered so had to be redone. The tiles on the wall were well done. It took a few visits from several of their workers to finally get everything up to snuff. It was a stressful installation which could have gone much better if the proper skills were used by installation staff. For the money we paid, the material was good but the labour skills not. Would I recommend them to someone else? Not likely.

Initial ordering went well. Measuring went well. Counter install ..first attempt..back splash pieces missing, window well..wrong size. They installed back splash so 1 inch overhung the counter. Second install..incorrect backsplash thickness..window well good this time..tried to hide several inches of extra back splash behind stove. Third attempt ...finally done right. Supposed to get cutting board with counter...never received. Ordered extra sink accoutrements..I eventually went to their office to get them..taken from someone else's order. All the install attempts caused wall damage in kitchen. I would never use them again.

Originally told would take 4-6 weeks, took 9 weeks and only after I called them did I find out my products were ready. Installation team had to come back as the first time there was a piece missing and no cutting board. Backsplash is unlevel at 1 seam and can't be fixed. Staff not very good at returning calls or calling when they promise to. Installers did the best they could to make countertops as good as possible.

The staff at Flo Form Countertops was extremely helpful in making recommendations on what type of countertop best suited our needs. They recommended using a quartz top in our kitchen. The installation team came out and measured the area that needed to be covered and when the countertop arrived, it was a perfect match. The team was also very friendly when doing the installation and did a great job in cleaning up.

My project was the replacement of countertops in a 20 year old kitchen with oak cabinets. The company representatives were extremely helpful and pleasant. The designer spend a lot time with me to pick out the perfect countertop design. The best part of the service was the prompt arrival of the installation team who did an expert job - very precise and careful and explained fully the installation process. Overall, I highly recommend the company to other customers who want a worry-free, pleasant experience in renovations!
