Metro Chimney did a fantastic job of rebuilding my chimney. Their work was good and the price was reasonable. Father and son team. They cleaned the area after completing the work. I am happy with the job they did.

We had an old chimney with crumbling bricks that was in need of serious repair! My neighbour recommended Metro Chimney and after an email and phone call to discuss, Chris and his son came to our place. They gave a great quote and we scheduled the job. They did an amazing job repairing the chimney, and took before and after photos for me. The price was very reasonable and the service was just outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Chris and his son Mitch arrived on time and ready to do the work. My insert was complicated to dismantle, but they took the necessary time to do the work properly. When discussing rates, I was told that it would be between $150 and $200 depending on the time it takes. The job took a lot longer because of the complexity of the insert, but at the end Chris only asked for $150. I would definitely recommend their services.

I called Chris and explained that I had not had my chimney cleaned in years. We set a date and time for the cleaning and he and his son Mitch arrived at the agreed upon time. After the cleaning, Chris reported that everything had gone well and that my chimney was in good condition. It was such a pleasure dealing with honest, friendly and professionals like Chris and Mitch. I will be calling them again in a couple of years for another cleaning. Metro serviced our chimney for the first time this year. Chris and Mitch completed a cleaning service and replacement of some fire bricks professionally and neatly in late summer. However, when we started a fire this fall, the smoke was not drawn out as it normally had done. When informed, Metro agreed to return at their first availability to assess and repair. They again ran their brush up the chimney and checked the assembly of the bricks. While the source of the problem is still a bit of a mystery, they made sure the fireplace was working well before they left. Their commitment to getting the job done right is very appreciated and has earned them a steady customer going forward.

I would highly recommend Chris and his son Mitch. They arrived on time, were very respectful of my home, making sure they were as clean as possible — for a dirty job. They were very personable and polite and I would definitely hire them for any future work I might require.

Chris and his son were exactly the type of people that you want working on your house. They return calls/message right away, show up on time, do exactly what they say they'll do and clean up as if they had never been there. It also helps that they were friendly and very accommodating. Will use them again and and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. John
