    Average quality of work and many small issues to deal with

    I had a new roof installed in 2011 with Meerkat. The communication was strong at the beginning, as it always is when dealing with contractors, until something goes wrong. The crew was made up of one experienced person and a few young guys. The quality of work was average, there were exposed nails that I had to go up and apply sealant too. The crew left two dozen roofing and sheathing nails scattered over the yard and alley. In addition, the chimney cap was not replaced although the crew stated it was. The roof looks good now, but it took several emails and phone calls to fix the several small issues at the end. I think it really matters what roofing crew you get, as the company is only as good as the crew they employ.

    Roof

    We had our roof repaired due to hail damage recently. Meerkat offers reasonable rates for the same quality shingles offered by competitors. In addition, communication is consistent and professional. They stick to quality standards. We are pleased with this company and would recommend them to others.

    Roofing and Siding Fix

    Meerkat did an incredible job. They were prompt very professional and did the job above and beyond expectation. The invoice was exactly what was quoted; no surprises. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend Meerkat.

    Done Last Winter & Still Happy

    This company was professional and had great staff that were accommodating and helpful in the process of doing our roof and doing our research to what materials we wanted to use within our budget. Great work

    Complete roof and all eves

    Everything this company does is professional, and accurate! Great experience, tons of communication and an excellent job done on time. Phoned me every step of the way and then sent an inspector after job was finished. Would highly recommend.

    Highly Recommend This Very Professional Company

    Having had recent hail damage, our insurance company sent Meerkat to do an evaluation. They didn't miss a thing! From beginning to end we were updated and kept informed. The young lady I spoke with in the office was particularly helpful and informative !! Everything was fixed in a timely matter and you wouldn't even know there were workers around our house. No muss no fuss… I have no hesitation in recommending this fine company !!!

    Roofing

    We had a wonderful experience with Meerkat roofing company, great service,trustworthy,work done on time,good materials and no disturbances to us and neighborhood. Thanks a lot and I would recommend to everyone.

    Siding project

    After the Calgary hail storms Randy from Meerkat Roofining & Exteriors came out. That was one of the best decisions that we could have made, from the office staff who helped us decide on style and colour to the siding crew to the soft metal crew we were treated with the atmost respect and kept informed at every step of the way. The house was resided in four days The price quote that we were given was right on the money. I have and will have no problem in recommending Meerkat Roofing & Exteriors to atone that needs this kind of service. A great job, many thanks

    Courteous, efficient, and professional

    From the first time we made contact with Meerkat until the final invoice, they were very polite, courteous, and efficient. We hired them to replace fascia boards that had rotted, and to replace all of the eaves and downspouts (on both our house and garage). Despite the fact that there was a huge amount of rain this year, they got the work done very quickly and efficiently. I was also very unsure of myself going into hiring roofers and was not sure what to expect; all of the staff from the sales rep , to everyone in the office, to the crew that did the work-- everyone was extremely polite and understanding. They didn't go over the quote by a cent, and contacted me quickly when things needed to be ironed out. I would absolutely recommend Meerkat who needs roofing and exterior work done, and they will be my first choice the next time we need such work done.

    Roofing

    Amazing job! Excellent products and installation. Simon and his crew were timely and very professional on their work and on clean up. I would definitely be using Meerkat on my future projects and highly recommend them.
