    Home renovation dream come true

    I visited Save More Plumbing & lighting over a year ago. They are amazing. I visited many time looking for ideas for my home design and the staff are a great help. I worked primarily with Soni and his expertise was beyond anything I could have imagine from a place where I just go to buy products. Their managers are so kind and helpful too. One even gave my husband his person cell number and told me if we ever needed any help to give him a call. My electricians made mistakes, my plumber even had a couple issues and we used that cell number and he let us know easy fixes for problems. I can't stress just how helpful they've been. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

    Very Poor Customer service

    Tuesday May 16, 2017 This letter is regards to my experience with Save More Plumbing & Lighting On Saturday May 13, 2017, I went and purchased a Bidet toilet seat from the above company. As soon as I took it home to install it started leaking. On Tuesday morning, I brought back to them and was told that would not accept it as it was used. Also, they could find the payment that I gave them on Saturday. I found that their customer service was not professional at all. Not only did they not take back their faulty product but I also felt that they were accusing me of being dishonest. I also found their customer service extremely poor and do not recommend anyone use them

    Excellent Service and quality products

    We visited this store several times while we were constructing our home and the staff treats you very well. They know their product and truely care about your projects! Matilda was our rep and she helped us with our budgeting and styles. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing equipment and lighting.

    Toilets, Lighting, Bathroom Fixtures

    We purchased our toilets, bathroom fixtures and lighting (bathroom and dining light) here. It saved us the time going to different places to get each item and their prices were in our budget. I found their selection pretty good. The photo is of the sink and faucet selected for our powder room.

    lighting fixture installation

    I recently decided to renovate my basement to turn it into a rental unit. The basement has very little natural light, so I wanted to install several wall sconces to brighten the space up. SaveMore Plumbing & Lighting did a great job with the installation. They carried out the installation exactly according to my specifications and I was very pleased with the results.

    Full condo reno -- plumbing fixtures

    From a letter sent today to the Vancouver store manager: We have undertaken substantial renovations to our new home. While we were on our way to another plumbing shop, we saw your sale signage and decided to stop in to have a look around. We are SO glad that we did Matilda spent over an hour with me, sharing her extensive knowledge of your products and offering terrific advice. A week later, when I came in to place our order, Matilda was away so Naaz helped me out, again spending considerable time with me to pick out the right options for our situation and gave us exceptional pricing on matching Valley fixtures. These days, it's rare enough to find this quality of customer service from one salesperson, but to have the same experience twice with different sales staff is practically unbelievable. Now, Matilda is in contact with Valley Acrylic to help us solve a problem that no other plumbing company has been able to help with.     Had to hire a plumber to fix my sink

    My sink was getting old and I had to hire a plumber to fix my sink. There was something stuck in the pipes. The plumber was knowledgeable and fixed it very quickly. Highly recommended.

    Interior Lighting Fixtures & Bathroom Fixtures

    I shopped around for lighting fixtures and found this Company to have a decent selection at competitive prices. Plus, they offered me free delivery. The best deal was for their bathroom fixtures. They offer several sets which include toilet paper holder, towel racks and hooks that are very competitively priced and they look great. The service was alright, not fantastic, but the prices were right.

    Customer Service

    I am most impressed with the level of attention and customer service each time I am in this store wanting to price out or purchase plumbing supplies for our small condo. It is easy to receive numbers and costs and they also give me information that allows me to price check on items they sell. Again, most impressive and I would recommend to others who would like to save costs while still purchasing a quality product.

    lighting and plymbing

    We got new lights and got our plumbing done by this company and they are awesome! The lights are absolutely beautiful and I we havn't had any plumbing problems for a while now. Absolutely wonderful!
