    Replaced geothermal unit with propane furnace

    Northwest gas came in and replaced our geothermal unit (not many companies were familiar with) with a propane furnace system. They've saved us so much money on heating with the new update. The whole crew was professional, knowledgable and very efficient. Will definitely recommend them in the future!

    Joe was very prompt and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend northwest gas and their crew.

    Furnace repair

    Joe came to fix our furnace that had mysteriously stopped working the night before. He put on booties to keep things clean and he answered all my questions no problem while he fixed the furnace. He came in the time frame promised and did what he said he would do. I was happy overall.

    New Furnace for the New Year!

    Northwest Gas to the rescue. No furnace on Jan. 2nd, 2017. Happy New Year. Derek and John removed, replaced and vented for 2 days and voila! A new furnace was born. Thank you Northwest Gas for sending the best team in the HVAC business to save us. Great guys, professional, friendly and absolutely knew their jobs inside and out. Also thanks to Anthony and Lou for great service at the management side. Well done to all, from a warm household. The Frams

    Furnace Repair

    I called Reliance and they booked me an early next day fixing appointment. Thank you Rickey for the great job, immediately he spotted the ignition system issue, replaced and done some cleaning, switch on and all are happy. i have a comport plan with reliance, thus i paid nothing. very happy with the service delivered from technician skills, attitude, time to fix.. and no miss behind

    Furnace Repair

    I had problems with my furnace making an awful high pitched noise and called Reliance Home Comfort. Phil from Northwest Gas answered the call and immediately diagnosed the issue and we required a new motor. He ordered the part and Anthony came the first thing next day to install the motor. I would highly recommend Northwest Gas. Their staff members were so pleasant, clean and efficient.

    Furnace Repair

    I had problems with my furnace. I Called Reliance Home Comfort. Northwest Gas answered the call. Jerry came and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a motor and pressure switches. But the furnace was running . Since it was Sunday the parts where unavailable. Derek came and installed the parts the next day. Service was fast and the repair men where courteous and friendly. They cleaned up and removed the old parts. I would absolutely recommend North West Gas.

    Furnace

    Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with this company. Thank you Ricky for coming out right away and diagnosing the problem, when our heat went out. You gave us peace of mind and assured us that the problem would be fixed ASAP. Also, thank you to Derek and John for coming out and installing the part needed quickly and efficiently. Awesome and friendly Customer Service!!!

    Water heater

    Derek and John did a great job replacing my home water heater this week. They were polite and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend Northwest Gas to others.

    ac and furnace replacement

    Anthony and his crew gave us an offer much lower than 4 others for replacing our ac and furnace to energy efficient ones. They came on time removed the old equipment and put in new ones. They were very careful on stairs not to scratch and did a great job of clean up later. It was in the month of may and we got ample chance to use both the ac and the furnace for past 3 months. These guys are extremely competant in the way they arranged for energy rebates and company rebates and we got all the money from carrier and energy company so that worked towards additional savings. The new ac and furnace is working fine and we have an even temp every day. It feels really cool given the heat wave toronto has. I told Anthony i will only write the review after 3 months and testing out all the claims made by them and now i am totally happy with my decision to go with northwest gas in emergency situation in may.i gladly reccomend this company for ac,.furnace and gas barbeque pipeline connections to anyone. They are the best quality at reasonable price will attend emergeny situations and do a wonderful job. Thanks northwest gas .
