Moving Company We recently moved and used Boxed Inn for our supplies and the actual move. Recommending here because if you've ever had to look for a mover it is a nerve racking experience! Quotes from $1,000 to $5,000!! Hard to know who to trust. They're at Queensway and Kipling and Don the owner is great to work with and the cost of the move was so reasonable!

I recently hired Boxed Inn moving company, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The owner Don was incredibly professional and accommodating, and the moving teamWill, Fabian, and Duckwanawere nothing short of fantastic. They were punctual, dependable, and worked efficiently to get everything moved with care. Not only were they great at what they do, but they were also genuinely nice people, which made the experience even better. Moving can be stressful, but they truly made it a breeze. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for top-notch, trustworthy movers. Thank you for an outstanding job!

Scheduled a move two months in advance and provided a $200 deposit which was immediately charged on the credit card. In light of the uncertain economic times that we are facing right now, had to cancel the move and called over a month in advance to cancel and was told that we lost the $200 deposit by cancelling. The only thing they could do was to apply it when we rebooked. We asked if we could get 50% of the deposit back and were told no that was the point of a deposit. Beware - only book with this company if you 100% sure your move will not be cancelled as you will not get your deposit back if you have to cancel even if you get ample notice. We will not be using them when we do reschedule our move.

I stopped in to Boxed Inn to get some bubble wrap for my move and saw the one-stop shop with any and all moving packaging at reasonable prices. The owner is an expert and gave me lots of advice for my questions and doesn't hustle you with marketing. I booked my move with Boxed Inn that day. The packages of boxes and materials saved me a lot of time and stress. They are of a high quality. Whenever I had any questions at all, I would call Don. He was always accessible and had excellent advice. Things I could never have thought of. He's more like a moving therapist. I also realized we should hustle the packing when he told me "you should be in the fast food zone by now..." On the day of my move, the movers arrived more than half an hour early and waited in the laneway. These are three of the hardest working people I have ever met. My apartment was quickly assessed and they protected all my old antiques. They were polite and kind, and worked jut as hard into the evening as they did in the morning. Even though my move went over, thanks to hoarding of old family furniture, they did not complain and saw the job down to the last very difficult armour. Treat these guys like gold, because they really are. I waited to write my review until I opened my Grandmother's china. There is not a crack. They moved at least a dozen of fragile antique furniture pieces and there is barely a nick on anything. Working with Boxed Inn saved me a lot of time and stress. I am very particular about my belongings, many are family heirlooms, and they exceeded my expectations. They are experts at what they do, and you can lean on the owner for advice and support at any stage of your move. He is a moving doctor. I have already recommended Boxed Inn to three people and will definitely contact them again for my next move. 10 stars! Thank you Boxed Inn.

Like many people we have decided it's time to move from our home to an apartment. We have a three bedroom home and are moving to a three bedroom apartment all on one level. Boxed Inn had recommendations and suggestions for us to make our packing and moving seamless and easy. They were not pushy but gave us what we wanted and needed with the provision that if we need anything else they would be more than happy to help us again. They are just around the corner from us, so easy to get to and very helpful. Thanks!

This was the second time that Boxed Inn moved us in the past four years. Because I was satisfied after the first move, I rebooked them in Oct 2015. The building where we moved to had two elevators. When the moving elevator broke, the 2 fellows did a great job of getting all our contents moved despite the problem. They were amazing.

I looked into Boxed Inn because they were voted Etobicoke's best Mover and they lived up to the rating! I moved into my first house out in Waterloo and they offered a competitive rate, critical moving information and know-how I had not considered, and I had everything moved under quoted time. The storefront was a great place to get all my moving supplies and prep for the move. Movers were clean and respectful, had no issues, would use again!

When I was starting my moving journey it was quite difficult to find a store that had everything you would need for a move. I decided to take a trip to Boxed Inn as it is not a far drive from my house. They had everything you could ever need for moving and more. I later on discovered that they offer moving services, which was perfect for me. I got a free and very accurate quote on my place a few weeks before my requested moving date. On the day of the move the men showed up right on time and worked very consistently throughout the day and got the job done. I would recommend Boxed Inn to anyone who is moving, they were nothing but helpful and if and when I move again I will be going back.

I was nervous hiring a moving company. I had a terrible time with one last year so I didn't want to repeat this disaster. The thing I liked about Boxed Inn is that they had a store, not just some unit in an industrial area. I knew they couldn't be fly-by-night with a store. I talked to the owner 3 times before booking and he was polite and informative each time. My move went like clockwork. The guys were nice and they were careful with my furniture. I would use them again although I don't think I will be moving for a while. I recommend them to friends.

I needed boxes for shipping christmas presents, both domestic and international, and I was very pleased with the large selection they offer at Boxed Inn. I has several sizes I needed and they had them. A huge selection. The girl that worked there was a great help as well.
