    Furnace issue

    Our furnace was leaking water for a over a week. Called Doctor Hvac and Katie, Service Technician, was assigned to our request. Katie was polite, extremely knowledgeable, did not rush through the job and identified our issue right away. Our furnace was installed in an awkward position/location making it very difficult to access the area that needed to be looked at to resolve the problem. Katie took the time and tools needed to get to the area and resolved our issue. Will definitely request Katie again!

    Disconnect pool heater, clean gas fireplace

    Chris D arrived on time and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He immediately got to work and disconnected our old pool heater from the gas line and safely capped it. He even carted off the old unit single-handedly. Chris then inspected and cleaned our gas fireplace ensuring that it was working properly and left the area clean and safe. Good company with expert techs like Chris, would recommend for your HVAC needs.

    A/C and furnace

    Heat wave. A/C stopped working yesterday morning. Today A/C installed along with a new furnace. Many thanks to Bruna for coming to the rescue yesterday evening. Many thanks to Trevor and Chris M. They did what they do, and they did it superbly. Two intelligent and fine young men, wearing their uniforms. Areas were left clean and clear. They are definitely an asset to Dr. HVAC.

    Emergency Call

    Our A/C unit tripped off twice over a couple of hot days, so we made the call to Dr HVAC. Their tech expert, showed up on time and did a thorough analysis. All readings and equipment checked out as meeting specs. However, the expert found a cricket on the capacitor which most likely caused a sort. There were no other possible answers at this time. We are very please to be on the maintenance program and as promised, get very fast service. I would recommend Dr HVAC to anyone.

    AC replacement + service club membership

    Had AC replaced in August 2021. Dr HVAC did a furnace checkup in November, and called to remind me in July that I had not yet booked the free AC checkup for this summer. They scheduled and completed the checkup within 2 days of their call. The service tech did the checkup, wrote a complete report and talked it over with us. It was professionally handled both by the back office and the service staff. Keep up the good work...

    Great workmanship

    I became a Dr. HVAC customer back in Oct 2021 when I bought a Trane furnace from them. The quality of their work has been appreciated by competitor technicians and my friends who've seen the finishing and attention to detail. Recently, their crew dropped by to do a complementary annual check-up of my air-conditioner and I was quite impressed by the friendly manner and good advice of Mike and Parminder. I will be happy to use Dr. HVAC again in future.

    Excellent, timely service

    DrDVAC installed an Aprilaire humidifier in our home a few years a ago and I had concerns it wasn’t working properly. The office staff (Tracey & Ashley) we’re very kind and sent a technician (Steven) out right away to check on it. Steven explained how the system operates and made some adjustments to get it working properly. Thank you DRHVAC for protecting our greatest investment…our home!

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace started acting up on the weekend and was not providing heat. I would hear it cycling on/off for over 24 hours but not igniting. I contacted Dr. HVAC online and by next day they were able to dispatch a technician. Mike showed up on time to have a look. He was quite knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain to me how different parts of the system worked and things to look out for. He also did a full inspection. By the time he was done the house was already much warmer. The furnace works like a champ now. My family is much more comfortable. Thanks Mike, thanks Dr HVAC. Update: My furnace finally keeled over just around the 15 year mark. Woke up to 3 mornings over a 2 week period to a 10 degree house. After having two technician visits... both times the furnace miraculously started working... decided to just replace it. Byron quickly came over on Monday afternoon to do a survey and estimate for a replacement. I decided to go with them. Next day, Chris and his team, Andre and Tyler showed up promptly at 9am and started working right away. When they were done they showed up the new system and explained exactly what we needed to know. They did not leave until all tests and safety checks were complete and we were completely satisfied with the job. The area looked even cleaner than when they first started. Great job by these guys. Great service from this company.

    Furnace Repair

    Technician arrived on schedule time. Chris was courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing . He repaired the problem and now I have heat!

    Air conditioner

    Joe, Trevor and Paulo were professional and did an excellent job installing our air conditioner They followed COVID rules properly We would have them do work in our home anytime We highly recommend them Byron answered all of our questions and was very professional
