I called for service because the basement drain was leaking water. We were not able to locate the back up drain to the street so the plumber removed my basement toilet, put a camera down the pipe to confirm it was not backed up in the main line. He cleared the backup within my home plumbing, put the toilet back on and replaced the flush mechanism in one of my toilets. He quoted about $500. I thought that would be for the whole job. Instead I was charged $500 just for him to put the camera down the line and additional $387 for the other work. Totally overpriced

Horrible service and extremely high price for a so called boiler technician to diagnose a boiler that wasnt working. He arrived with only a small screwdriver to repair my boiler. I asked him to get his tools he said no, he didnt need them. Subsequently he had to make many trips out to his van to get his tools and spend the majority of the time on the phone with his boss, guide him through the procedure. The technician had no idea how to fix a boiler and should never had been sent out to fix one . Very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Save your money and get some other company.

We have used Benner plumbing for years since they were in the strip mall on centre street they have always been great do first class work and repairs have always been able to get to our repairs in a timely manner they have talked me thru repairs over the phone and saved service calls because of it. They absolutely know what there doing no matter what they run into A great family company thats been our experience over at least the last 35 or so years.

The technician was pleasant but the problem with our toilet that backed up was not resolved after he came out three times. The third time with a second technician that put a camera down the line. In the end I had to call a different plumber to resolve the issue but still ended up being charged $1800 by Benner Plumbing. Will not be using them again.

My elderly mom had a pipe burst on outside of house. Jim from Benner was by quickly to fix, and went out of his way to hook up garden hoses and test....Thanks!!

One of the elder plumbing sale specialist isn’t acting professionally. A fine and polite manner to assist client for their problem and needs would be necessary, there was one quote from what he said during my purchase” hi sir, this is the product that I think you r looking for. Don’t get me wrong. It could fit but it won’t, bring it back anytime with the receipt and I will refund the money for you.” After that, I decide to change the whole mechanic instead of changing that specific part, that elder sale was like” sorry sir, this product is been too long and the receipt is old. I can’t do the return for you.” I think I learn my lesson from such “professional sale rep” have done this for years. I would not recommended any of my friends and business over. Good luck ~

We have a 100-year-old house, and have used Benner plumbing services for all renovations that we have done over the years. They have installed three bathrooms, and replaced all the old gray pipe in our house. We have never had any problems with any of those work they have done. Their prices are reasonable and they ensure the job gets done. There were issues from the manufacturer with one of our appliances, but they followed through to ensure we got a satisfactory result in the end. I highly recommend them.

I used Benner previously for a new toilet install and was very pleased with the plumber (Troy T) and wanted to use them again because of my experience. A couple of months later I had some concerns with my sewer back up and asked for a service call. The plumber that came out did numerous tests and was not able to find the problem (still too early to see if it will reoccur) but my problem is that he did not put back the output washing machine hose back in the hole and when I started to do a load of laundry and left until the cycle was done I found a whole bunch of mess on the floor and drywall was soaked. When I called the service manager he said he would get back to me but has not yet. Feeling very disappointed with the overall experience and how things were dealt with after being escalated. I think in this economy service levels should be higher.

Purchased a top end grohe kitchen faucet at the recommendation of one of the staff. Staff were friendly and helpful the day of the purchase. The day of the install the faucet was not retracting properly. Took videos and pictures into the store within one hour of the install to gather more information. The two men at the front desk were helpful. They deferred all questions to the man with an office on the left. He was unhelpful, accusatory, rude in his tone and turned his back on me and walked away more than 4 times in a short conversation. Overall the experience left me feeling disenfranchised. We've had good experiences here in the past. Unfortunately I absolutely would not recommend this store due to the extremely rude behaviour of one staff member.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Did repair work at the beginning, however, wasn't able to fix the issue. They recommended the Bradford White water heater. However, the water heater was overpriced.
