    Basement Flood Recovery

    Made a bad flood experience better with timely recovery from stabilization, drywall repair, painting and put-back. All representatives were great. Thanks!

    Water damage repair

    The team showed up immediately to start the drying process to prevent black mould from developing. The construction department repaired all the damages, and theres absolutely no sign that the incident ever happened. I couldnt be any happier with a quick response on the professionalism of the team.

    Job Well Done

    RCCN was very prompt and curious when dealing with my insurance claim and helped me get a quick resolution and a wonderful team of professionals in to re-do my bathroom.

    Kitchen repairs after water damage

    I had water damage to my kitchen and they were the contractors recommend by my insurance company. They did an excellent job repairing my kitchen and were able to accommodate my shift worker schedule. I was quite happy with the results and would use them again I'm the future for other renovations.

    Great experience

    Very good Company to deal with. The staff is helpful and responsive. One of their subcontractors who did the flooring got a little complacent about the schedule, but got some extra hands in the 11th hour to make up for it and delivered the job within the set timeline. Great quality of work. Overall, great experience.

    Basement Repairs From Water Damage

    From the initial service call by Harsha to the end of my basement restoration I found all the different contractors and crews to be very knowledgeable and extremely professional. There were a couple of miscommunications between the office staff and crews, but they were minor and quickly resolved. The contents crew that removed and put everything back from the basement worked so well together and were very professional and efficient. I am very happy with the end result of the basement restoration. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Water damage repair

    We used Rocky Cross Construction after a toilet leak in our upstairs bathroom that came down to the main floor causing damage. We found them to be fast, efficient and too the point with what needed to be done, no upselling. Chris and his staff were very responsive on emails and phone calls. All of the contractors and staff that attended our home were very pleasant and most important clean, tidy and respectful of our home. After the work was done the house looked fantastic and we had nothing to do when we moved back in. We decided on a few extra improvements that we wanted done to our home, nothing was an issue and the work was completed in the time frame they originally gave us. Any work we may ever need going forward Rocky Cross Construction will be our first contact. Highly recommend this company.

    Water damage to basement ceiling

    The water problem was within 15 mins upon arrival and a plumber had it fixed within the hour ( unheard of these days ). From drying time to the carpet and ceiling to replacing the ceiling, spraying and carpet and wall cleaning just 3 days. It now looks better then new.

    Water leak

    I pleased to say DKI did a wonderful repair in my house. Water leak damage is all gone. The staff that came to our house are fantastic and I will welcome them again if anything occurs.
