The team from Bayview arrived and immediately began the installation and swap out. They were very professional and protected our furniture and floors during the job. They showed us the operation of the windows and went over all the necessary warranty information. Vacuumed and cleaned the entire job site even swept our stairs! Very pleased and would recommend them without question.

Bayview recently replaced all my windows with North Star windows. The installers were excellent. They did a great job of replacing all of the trim and they vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. They did some extra work helping me rehang some blinds. North Star windows are great - I had them in my previous home. I would definitely recommend this company. They were very nice to deal with.

Our work order was to replace an existing window. Discussion around the options for our new window took a little bit of time but once we selected the style, BW answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We entered into contract in a busy time of year for their business and with the Green-On program “on and then off” situation; their normal delivery time was affected. Fortunately, BW managed to bring the install date within reasonable timelines. The installation went well. The team worked efficiently and they kept the site in good order throughout. Our experience was positive and we would recommend this company.

We purchased five windows from your company that were installed on May 29/18. Your installers were excellent workers and did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. In fact we had people passing by that commented on how great the windows looked. My daughter and son-in-law had your firm install windows & doors at their place in Kanata and we were very fortunate that they recommended your company to us. Office staff excellent to deal with. Installers Jody and Ben arrived exactly on time. They were personable and profssional. The job was fully explained and completed in a timely fashion. They left the work area spotless. Window details and operation were fully and clearly explained. The entire experience went very smoothly.

Just had 10 windows replaced by Bayview through the GreenON program I initially contacted them because of reviews. David was knowledgeable and their price was competitive. Mike and Justin did the work. They had a tough job given they were dealing with a 100 year old house. They did a great job and I will be happy to work with Bayview again, in fact I have booked them again in November!

We just replaced 13 windows by Bayview, we are quite pleased with the new windows and people from Bayview, especially Brian from sales, he is very helpful and down to details. Our house needs good windows in winter, the old windows were also prone to water condensation, Bayview uses triple pane windows for qualifying GREENON $500 per window rebate, these windows have better performance than double pane, they are very helpful to reduce both heat loss and the water condensation problems. We had replaced a few windows a couple of years ago by another company, their windows are not bad, so we wend back with them this time too, but they seem want to bag larger part of the $500 rebate this time, it is not the case with Bayview to us. The installers are skillful, nearly done a great job if not for a small mishap. Overall we are very pleased with Bayview experience, good people, good product, plus government rebate (to come), no better time to get new windows.

Just had all of our top windows (11) replaced through the GreenON program with Bayview. We initially contacted them because of the reviews here and were not disappointed.Brian from sales was knowledgeable and not pushy. He seemed committed to customer satisfaction and they were able to beat a competitor's price. Keith and John were the ones doing the work. They were professional, did a thorough job, were happy to answer questions, and our kids loved them. Overall a great experience and we will be happy to work with Bayview again for projects down the road.

This is now the third job that we have hired Bayview Windows for. We started on one side of the house and have made our way around doing the other sides. Extremely happy with their service and product. In total we've had about 10 windows replaced as well as the front entryway door. We get compliments regularly on the front door and all of the windows operate great. They do a quick, clean job of installation.
