    Home Insulation- basement & attic

    Both Great Northern teams completed two projects professionally and on time including: basement (poly) and attic (fibre) insulation. Based on heating cost reduction this represents a good investment. I would recommend them to other homeowners.

    Spray foam walls and blown in attic in 30x40 shop

    The spray foam crew was great ! They were a father son team who took pride in their job . Everything wash masked off properly and the job was done properly as well. The blow in crew was though and quick and left no mess anywhere . I went with GN because they were the best price out of the 3 companies I had quote. My experience was great and I would recommend them .

    Insulation of basement and install of sump pump

    Great Nothern Insulation gave us a thorough presentation of what to expect when insulating a part of the basement. Booklets received helped us to understand the methods used in order to render the service. The installation went all well with the proper followed up paperwork. Thanks to Phil and Billy for their professional though friendly service.

    Wow!

    Great Northern Insulation lives up to their name. They were GREAT. From the time of the quote to the day of the actual insulation was less than 3 weeks. The team was very professional, tidy and efficient. And what a difference the spray foam made to the warmth of the house. I recommend GNI to everyone! Thanks for the Great job.

    Excellent Job on Attic Insulation

    Very happy with the blown-in cellulose insulation added to my attic. After having a home energy audit done, I was told I only had R6 in my attic. Hired GNI after getting 3 quotes and their price was the most competitive. I have a room over my garage that has always been freezing cold in winter and hot in summer, and I thought it was just because it was above the garage, but the GNI crew told me that there was NO insulation above that room (I guess the builder got lazy and didn't insulate that part of the attic). After the celluluse was added, I am shocked at the difference in that room - huge difference in the temperature...it's no longer freezing cold. The GNI crew were neat and tidy. Very pleased.

    cellulose upgrade to our attic insulation

    The team of 3 arrived a little early... no problems. They put protection over anything that their hose might chafe and went to work. Apparently, our attic was 'easy to do' because of the older roof joist pattern. They were in and out in less than 2 hrs... 18" full depth. Very personable and professional. two were experienced, and one was a bit of a deer in the headlights. They treated him well! Would be my pleasure to recommend.

    Basement spray foam

    Very satisfied with the work performed by Great Northern. And the price is super competitive as well. The labourers left the area clean and tidy. I couldn't be any more happy with this job

    Attic Insulation

    Professional management on arranging assessment and construction. Friendly employee and workers. Nice job to the detail. Cleaned the room after work. Quick follow up after the construction. Have recommended to my friends.

    Basement spray foam insulation

    Our basement was really very drafts and cold so we contacted this company and had it spray foam insulation. Huge difference. We now have a warm basement. The company was very good and reliable to deal wth. The workers very professional. Couldn’t be happier!

    Adding home insulation

    Your crew working at 752 Walsh Street, Kincardine on December 4/19 arrived on time and performed exceptionally well. Even with a difficult access to our lower attic, they found a way, completed job in both attics successfully and left the house completely clean. Nice work guys! Jerry Dvorak.
