We needed a thick runner on our hardwood floor to protect our fearless toddler from tumbles. We searched around and found end of the roll to be very helpful and decently priced. The installer was very efficient, easy to book, and did a very nice job. With underlay, the runner is better than we hoped for.

I visited the store to look at carpet for my stairs. I was greeted right away by a rep and we went through different carpets. He gave me options and pricing. I left and came back the next day and placed my order. within 2 days I received call from the installer, he came and took measurements that day and the carpet was installed the next morning. Great service, great job.

I purchased a large beige area rug here for my family room. Very basic, beige berber and an underpad. The service was ok considering we showed up only a few minutes before closing. I was not very impressed with their selection of area rugs though perhaps that's why it's called End of the Roll? In fact, they had many, but very few that were plain or at all modern (without being fussy). I got an area rug that I didn't hate and it wasn't exorbitantly priced so I guess I am a satisfied customer! There just wasn't anything to impress me beyond that.

Review is for the location on Merivale not Cyrville. Very good prices, selection was really good as well and service in store was good too. Installation service was good (a bit pricey though) but showed up late.
