Marvin set up the appointment for me. Jim stopped by to see the work at hand and very helpful in seeing what needs to be done. Jordon, the owner followed up for the appointment and answered any questions i had. The installation went very smoothly. W&J Heating and cooling are very professional and very fair priced at what they do. I highly recommend them for your Heating and cooling needs.

Worst service ever. Quoted low, but billed incredibly higher. Left a mess after installation. The installer wasn't kind and kept talking on his phone throughout installation... lack of attention may be the reason the furnace isn't running well? So sorry I even hired this company.

The team at W&J was great to work with on our recent AC install! Jordan took time to answer all my questions during the quote process. He was very kind and responsive through all our interactions. The installation was done on time, and the guys that did the install work were friendly and polite when I had questions. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were able to get us booked in quickly even in the middle of the summer. So far everything has been working great and we are happy with the quality of work! We would definitely recommend W&J for AC install!

Knocked it out of the park! Their quote was 1/3 less than the nearest competitive quote. Quality of the products is highly reviewed and they came in and got the job done quickly, were up front and totally reasonable and didn't push new equipment on us when some of the old stuff (like humidifiers and thermostats) would work just fine. They arrived around 8 and were done by 3:30 the same day!! Pleasantly surprised that replacing furnaces in the winter is easy peasy!

Have helped, supported, and taken care of our furnace needs for years (installation, servicing, replacing motor & replacing faulty motor & dealing directly with Carrier company. Its been a pleasure to deal with Jin, who has been a true professional and god-send on many calls. He has consistently gone above and beyond, especially during the Christmas holidays this year (when they were crazy busy, but despite that, Jim helped us with our motor replacement and new thermometer, and made us feel respected and important! Hes a superstar, and we trust his advice wholeheartedly!

$800 for the component board/$800 for fan. AC priced out new for size to meet our homes requirements. 19 year old furnace so old? Yes! When the Furnace Fan quit in the deep chill of the winter 2021 a friend had just used W&J and gave us the contact, Call out came, diagnosed, ordered the fan, 3 days later we had heat. Called back for an Air conditioner this spring...unit came was installed with a Google nest, managed the heat this summer. (Still awaiting the cover for the unit, manufacturer thing) Fall came and the furnace was tired, would start up and quit start up well...you get the picture. Greg came out diagnosed a component board and ignitor. Late on a Friday. Sourced out compatible parts for this old beast and got us up and running by Monday. Not the brand this company deals with but have built relationships across the community to source out what was needed. He was willing to do the service on Saturday as he didn't want us to go without heat (he was not on call) so much to be said about character and exceeding customers needs. He sourced out a couple of space heaters and were fine to wait.

W & J reached out and advised us that the previous furnace quote we received may be a little to high. We are so appreciative, happy, and please with Jordan's work. We are toasty warm and so thankful for his professional service.

Amazing...Jordan came to the house, said exactly what needed to be done, quoted us and BAM! lowest price and a great AC unit. Jose did the install, looks amazing and clean work (pride in the job done), set things up and gone. Gill came by to charge things up, test the unit and pressure, answered all of our questions (my wife had a lot) and he answered all of them. I can not say enough positive things about this company...I can't even think of one negative for these guys. Price, quality of work, professionalism was 100% +. Would recommend this company to anyone. Cheers

We used W&J Heating Ltd a few years ago for installation of A/C unit. This week, we had them to install a new Furnace for us. The price was reasonable and the Technician Greg was very helpful to explain things about the Furnace and Thermostat. Very satisfied.
