My in-laws called saying their furnace wasn’t working and the company they had called estimated the repair at $2200 dollars, or replacement at $5500. I wanted a second opinion and a realtor friend recommended calling W&J. They came within the hour, fixed the furnace for $220 and said a replacement would be $3500, which we didn’t need! The other company charged $300 for the estimate alone. We will be contacting the other company regarding their bill today, and highly recommend W&J for any future furnace needs.

We had Jim out to look at our furnace and what an amazing professional. He was upfront and honest, diligent, industrious and more importantly was passionate about his work with furnaces. W&J installed my furnace in 2010 and have been provided AMAZING customer service ever since (today was the most recent). I love that the owners may be answering the phone and that their reps are always professional, punctual, and patient with helping me understand. I don’t have to wait weeks for someone to make a service call and they are more than happy to attend to the smallest concerns. Thank you so very much for being a company I can trust.

Jordan and his team are amazing, I would highly recommend W&J! They were excellent when they installed my new furnace, thermostat and hot water tank in 2012. Eight years passed and I had some issues with my furnace and thermostat this fall. W&J was quick to inspect and identify the issue - they replaced both my thermostat and motor in my furnace - all within warranty and with no hassle!

Greg came in earlier than appointment all ready to begin our installation. He was courteous and professional. Cleaned up properly and installation work was neat. We were happy with the work. We have no issues from the quote to the completion of the project. A-Team!

I highly recommend this company. Prompt visit for estimate evaluation, new furnace installed 5 days later in half a day. Team was courteous, efficient and were careful with the installation. City inspected 2 days later ... Never thought it would be done with a week and with a financing option. You won't regret calling W&J Heating Ltd.

I found Ron at W & J Heating, wonderful to deal with. He was great at following through, fair with his quote and installed the furnace when he said he would. I was very concerned about the timing just before Christmas, as the house had absolutely no heat, but W & J Heating came through. They even gave me a 10 year parts and labour warranty!

Such professional service. A fine young man who cleaned up everything and put back the furniture which he had to move. I would not hesitate to recommend J & W Heating to anyone.

W&J - the whole process was fantastic from start to finish from the quote to completion. The estimator was on time for the appointment, provided detailed information in relation to our requirements. Price was better than any other quotes received. Installation scheduled on our convenience and even patient with a couple requests to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Installer was on time, thorough and professional. He left the furnace room in better condition than when he arrived. I would highly recommend this company.
