    This company should not be in buissnes

    I origionally bought my hot tub at sunray. Ran good for about 8 years, actually. Than we started having issues. ( in more ways than one) we decided to get repairs done by sunray, as opposed to buying new. Big mistake. They took it in. Youd think after them having it for about 7 months and $8,000 dollars charged in repairs, youd likely almost have a new tub. The lights only worked for 2 weeks after getting it back. Than, the seals in the hot tub started to leak. ( only a few months) after that, we had a major leak on what is called the impeller I believe. The motor was replaced, and I suspect the new impeller was damaged while they installed the motor. I know this to be true, as I myself took the impeller off as it was leaking. Those impellers are cast. And there was a huge crack in this one, with glue on it. Impellers are right near all electrical. Not where you want a shoddy glue repair! Sun ray should be out of Buissnes.

    Still waiting

    Do not give them your hard-earned money !!!!! Still waiting for a hot tub cover I ordered nine weeks ago that was supposed to be in in 3-4 weeks . I'm not sure how the poster below had such great service as they are rude and hard to deal with they tell me that there are still 3 to four weeks for a cover as 20 people are in front of me. That's odd because there were only 15 last week. when I asked for a refund despite it not being manufactured yet, they said no. I'm out $800 as winter is fast approaching, and it will cost a fortune to run with the current cover. Take my advice and the advice of other posters stay away deal with a more competent company there are many out there.

    Incredible Support and product

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Brad at Sun Ray Hot Tubs & Patio, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I own a Canadian Tub that I purchased second-hand, and I was in desperate need of a new hot tub cover as my current one was waterlogged and sagging, causing significant water evaporation. Brad was incredibly knowledgeable about my hot tub model and immediately understood my urgency. He placed a rush order for a custom cover in the "almond" color, the thickest and most durable option they offer. Despite an estimated turnaround time of two weeks, Brad and his team had the cover ready in just a week and a half! While I was at the store, Brad and I discussed the jet system. I mentioned my plan to replace all the jet air control valves in the fall during a major service update. Brad showed me that the issue was likely due to worn-out gaskets in the valves, which he explained how to replace. For just $35 and about 20 minutes of my time, my hot tub is now working as good as new! Brad's honesty, expertise, and kindness saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time, as I no longer need to update the entire system to get my jets working properly. I know some people have had bad experiences in the past, but I can confidently say that Brad and the team at Sun Ray Hot Tubs & Patio are doing an incredible job of rejuvenating their business and ensuring customer satisfaction. I will always recommend Brad to my friends and family. Thank you, Brad, for your exceptional service!

    Breach of contract

    Gave a deposit in 2020 still waiting and they refused to refund deposit. Contacted them every two to three months only to get the runaround from the salesman and owner. Sometimes they even stated I was next in line for a tub, other times stated there facility was closed due to landlord issues.

    Paid a deposit a year and a half ago, still have no tub

    We put down $2500 for a hot tub a year and a half ago and still have nothing to show for it. They're refusing to refund deposit even though they're a year behind the timeline our sales agreement states. Buyer beware!

    New hot tub

    We put a deposit on a brand new hot tub and waited over two years. We finally gave up and purchased a used one and used the deposit to purchase parts because they would not give us our deposit back we could only spend in store. They still have not manufactured a hot tub in close to three years do not purchase anything from sunray hot tubs

    Sun Ray - do not order

    Paid deposit for hot tub TWO YEARS AGO, still no tub. They keep giving us 3 more months, 3 more months.... and they won't refund deposit.

    Excellent Service

    I contacted Sun Ray about getting my pump serviced on a weekend. Dropped it off , expected to leave it there until next week. But they contacted me a few hours later to say it was done! They only replaced what was necessary in the pump and gave me honest feedback about the condition of the motor and pump going forward. Other places I had been to would charge much more for a "pump rebuild" . Sun Ray showed me they have great customer service and integrity in responding to their customers needs and budgets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and excellent service.

    Hot tub

    We are very satisfied with their product. Have been enjoying a well built hot tub for over 7 years with no issues. Recommend them for purchase for sure.

    sales is stellar

    I was having issues with my hot tub salesman Don was very informative and schooled me on water management very helpful. He also was able to get the pump rebuilt for me while I waited. top notch. thank you
