We had two rather large casement windows and a similarly large awning window installed by Kempenfelt Windows & Doors last week, the two casement windows in the bedroom and the awning window in the kitchen. Everyone, without exception, from Stephanie in the office, to Scott in Marketing, to Cory, Andrew and Josh who installed them, everyone was professional, personable, highly skilled and accommodating.
Our house is over 40 years old with wooden windows that were out of alignment on rotting sills, and I had my doubts about whether any company could replace them. Moreover, the bedroom windows overlooked a sloping metal roof to stand on while lifting the heavy windows into place. The kitchen window was in an awkward location, adding additional challenges while working on a ladder.
Nevertheless, Cory, Andrew and Josh were never fazed as they worked through each challenge, keeping us up to date at all times, until the windows were beautifully installed. We've never been happier with any other windows or any other installation.
We chose Kempenfelt on the recommendation of a friend, and we're carrying on the tradition. And we'll be leaving the Kempenfelt sign up at the end of our driveway for some time to come.
