I wanted a new carpet for my upper floor and Terry/carpets for less was one of the very few stores that had the unique carpet that I wanted (seemed to be a Shaw dealer exclusive). Not only was he the cheapest, in the end he beat the nearest quote by 10%. Despite being cheaper than others, I received stellar service from Terry, he placed the carpet order in front of me with Shaw after verifying their stock and followed up continuously to ensure timely delivery. I had used my own installer and Terry helped coordinate and ensure that the installer received access to the carpet and was able to cut it properly. I would recommend this shop and would definitely come back once I redo the basement

Had a great experience with these guys. Terry was friendly and helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. The installers Monty and JT were prompt, courteous, clean and did a fantastic job of the install (including removal and disposal of old carpet). Best of all, we got a good quality carpet for hundreds less than some other quotes we received. We will absolutely call Terry again for any future carpet upgrades.

This is the second time I have used Carpets for Less to replace all the carpet in a home and they have been terrific both times. Terry is terrific in helping select what you need and what works best. He has someone out within a day or two for the free measurement/estimate and both times I was booked in within a week for the installation. The installers do a terrific job, are on time and professional. They clean as they work and move the furniture for you. Monty and JT were the installers this time and they were fantastic. Very, very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again if I need to do so.

Terry is awesome to work with. He offered many different ideas and very friendly. We had picked out a carpet and when he saw the color was not the same as the sample he let us know and were able to change the carpet. The installers were quick and did a good job. I would highly recommend this company.

Installers are fast and hard working. Staff at store friendly. Carpets look good. However, I have a young son and they should have advised me that these carpet tacks are sticking up high so we were stepping on them. Make sure you get a thicker carpet to avoid this.. They failed to advise us on this....BUT We resolved the situation. They came to repair the problem. Great customer service. We love the carpets! Highly recommended.

Dealing with Terry was great! We told him we were putting our house up for sale at the end of the month so he showed us the product that was available for that time frame also in a price range that wouldn't break the bank since we were selling. The installers were great and stayed late until the job was done. Everything looks fantastic! Thanks!!

Great experience right from the start, Terry was very helpful and friendly through the whole process. John, the installer we had, was amazing, he was very tidy as he went along very informative for future care of our carpets and very, very friendly. He was great with our daughter who thought she was his assistant and a pleasure to have have working in our home, he did a beautiful job.
