    House Move

    Can't thank the team of No Problem Movers enough. They were very professional throughout starting from quoting till getting paid. Abbas, the manager was super helpful and detailed to the extent giving us suggestions on how we can optimize. The quote was for 6 hours and we got all done within 5 hours!! The team of 3 people (Rocky, Sohail and Surinder) who came for our move very dedicated and super quick. They packed the furniture nicely and unpacked in the same manner. They were very pleasant to deal with. Had a wonderful seamless experience with them for my move.

    Moving out of province

    So far I'm less than impressed. We are moving to Nova Scotia tomorrow and we have an apartment lined up for October 1st. When we hired this company they told us since they don't deliver on Sundays our stuff would be delivered on Monday October 2nd which is perfectly fine. They didnt show up the day they were supposed to, they rescheduled for the day after at noon. They showed up at 4:00. I let it slide without complaint. NOW my girlfriend informs me they called her stating the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? A) we leave for Nova Scotia tomorrow and its a 2 day drive. B) We don't have the apartment until the 1st. and C) WE AGREED on delivery on the 2nd! I'm startin to get infuriated now. UPDATE: This situation has now escalated to pricing being almost triple the quote amount which I have read many reviews that suggest this is typical of this company. After collecting many texts, voicemails and emails backing our claim we are taking legal action. Many other steps will be taken to prevent others from being ripped off. This stops now. "You gave us a bad review so we can't give you a credit for our inability to adhere to schedules agreed upon". Never have I experienced such a lack of accountability and professionalism.

    Moving from apartment to house

    The movers were prompt, well organized and very efficient. They had my 3 bedroom apartment packed up within and hour and a half and were just as efficient unloading afterwards.

    Move and return contents of condo

    Based on a recommendation, I contacted No Problem Movers. The administration was efficient, flexible and cost stayed within estimate given by Abbas. Movers were friendly. Kevin especially ensured that the team took care of the furniture and of floor and walls. I would use them another time if I have the need.

    1-Bedroom Condo

    I was recommended No Problem Movers by a friend. From my first phone call to the very last minute of the move I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and the fact that they were so helpful. The customer care was amazing, the guys worked extremely hard and I even had boxes personally delivered to my condo for packing - who does that? I would definitely recommend these guys again, and for future moves, consider your services sold... again! Top notch service.

    Flood repairs

    The crew from No Problem Movers were fantastic! The guys who moved me back in after renos were complete from a flood took the utmost care of my contents, ensuring that furniture nor walls were scuffed during the move in process. In addition to being quick and professional they went over and above with assisting me with the move in. BONUS -- the crew were really nice guys!! Made the process much more enjoyable! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I've already recommended No Problem Movers to family!

    Household Move

    We required movers for a move from Toronto to a property 3 hours away. We requested quotes from about a dozen moving companies. No Problem Movers quoted us a very fair and competitive price, but what set them apart was the extremely friendly customer service, so we booked them. We ran into delays during the closing of the purchase and had to reschedule at last minute twice. Catherine was super understanding and did not give us a hard time at all. On the day of the move the movers were punctual, efficient and friendly. They picked up items from two locations in Toronto and made the three hour drive in excellent time. All of our items arrived intact and were placed where we wanted. There were no surprises with the bill, it was exactly as quoted in the first phone call. I've used many movers over the years but No Problem was the best. I'd definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!

    Moving

    Dave and Derrick did a great job and were very professional. It was a tough job moving from condo to condo. Had some confusion with Abbas regarding charge for traveling time which was resolved but otherwise no hiccups!
