    No damage-helpful driver who offered to help me move!!!

    I had my stuff in their portable storage for 5 months. It's very reasonably priced and it's easy to organize a driver to drop off a portable storage unit so I could pack everything in it. The 2 drivers for both drop off and pick up were extremely helpful, professional and most of all--nice. When I needed the company to drop off my portable storage unit, I just had to give 1-2 weeks notice. The driver who dropped off my storage unit was very polite and helpful. He went over and above his duties and offered to help me move since he was also returning my unit on the same day. The only negative thing was the 2 office staff members who did NOT understand for some reason that I was ALL PAID UP.. before the driver dropped off my stuff -- on the last trip... I had to clarify with them I was paid up .. they left me 2 annoying messages on my phone. I had to call them back and send an email once to tell them I was PAID UP... they apologized to me 2x for the inconvenience.

    Great Customer service & Location

    Fantastic customer service with great storage tips provided, easy directions. Great location, clean facility, friendly staff. Easy to find the storage units and right off the driveway making a move super easy.

    rental of van

    Great service and excellent customer service. Easy to book the van online, easy to check in and to check out. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a van or truck to move.

    Great experience

    Doraine and Copeland provided me a great customers service. The place was very clean and neat. Great was a good choice! Thank you for taking care of stuff while I was in need.

    Service

    The manager charges your credit card without authorization(I was paying monthly-self pay). Then reverses the charges as if it’s a bother and without apologizing for doing something he shouldn’t have in the first place. Will never do business with that location (lakeshore) again!

    Storage of furniture

    A very friendly and efficient company. Their facilities are a little dated but it is more than made up up by the service and support. Highly recommend them.

    Uhaul rental

    Rented a truck a few times...these guys are great with maintainance and cleanliness...and their great people to deal with
