Terrible managerial service from "Harsh".
I started my storage on 01st Sept. I was moving from Brampton to Scarborough and unfortunately the time my movers could have come for me was at 4p. Moving at 4p, is not wise coming on the 410 as Traffic can keep you on the road for over 2hrs sometimes.
Plus, suddenly as I started boxing my belongings, I realize I may need more storage space than I requested. In a panic I called ACSS, and asked if someone there can please be kind enough to be on premise a bit after closing time to help me out in case I needed a larger Unit. The Manager bluntly refused- going into this spiel of "he cannot interrupt employee's life to accommodate me".
Whilst I know my request my out of the norm and may have cause some inconvenience to someone - not deliberately, it would have been a kind gesture to a person who is stuck with the stress of moving which is hard as it is, and a truckload of household items with nowhere to go. This person perhaps have never heard of the Surgeon who missed his meal to complete a surgery, or an airline check in staff who held an entire flight up to accommodate a Family in need, or the Bank Manager who went beyond the call of duty to clear a customer's cheque. They are everyday situations called SACRIFICES, and whilst not ideal or desired by many of us, it is what makes the world a kinder place HARSH!
Too bad this was all discovered at the last minute, when I already needed a place, so I could not back out, but will never recommend this place. Ever. Not unless "HARSH" gets replaced.
