    Safe friendly well equipped

    This is the second time I used xyz during a move at the laird leaside location. This is a safe secure clean spacious facility. They are very flexible, great staff. Pay for only the time you need. Very professional.

    Storage locker ok, moving in, not so good

    The good: The storage facility is new and staff were accommodating The bad. Our issues started when the movers that this location recommended took several hours longer to unload due to poor organization and a horrible loading-bay setup. After waiting for an hour for the loading bay to clear. Once started unloading, we had another delay and issues with the elevator. Overall a poor experience. I am not sure if this was done on purpose to make the move go longer. I ended up paying way more than most full service storage companies. My suggestion: don’t sign a long term contract. Bring your own movers, do some research, you might save some hard earn cash.

    Storage at Eastern Ave location

    Service was good but the height limitation makes it impossible for trucks 15 feet or more form getting inside.

    Great options for storage

    XYZ facilities are very clean and the staff are super nice. During COVID they've been helpful too. I moved to a smaller place and needed storage and glad I chose the team at XYZ.

    Storage

    The staff at XYZ Storage went out of their way to make my move less stressful and manageable. The level of service I received was top notch. Whom ever is managing this company should be an example for service at all levels. I dealt directly with Omar and Carlo who not only know their business inside out but where very emphathetic.

    Storage unit

    Rented storage space from a nearby competitor, very small unit, had problems with efflorescence particles from concrete blocks coating everything, overly expensive. Weak customer relations, best described as remote and not very customer friendly. Cancelled account and moved out. Took advantage of special deal from XYZ Storage for a large unit, excellent condition, very friendly and helpful staff, very pleased.

    Good storage facility

    Staff were very courteous, helpful and pleasant. The facility is clean and easy to use. Lots of different locker size options available. We chose the smallest size at an affordable cost and were able to fit lots of boxes into it.

    Longtime satisfied customer

    I have been storing with xyzstorage for many years! I have been satisfied with the service, how easy it is to access my goods, as well as the drive thru!

    Modern concept, clean and secure downtown Toronto business and personal Storage

    If you want an updated modern storage company with great employees this is the place.
