Highly recommend for prompt, fair, accurate and thorough communication, estimate and professionalism. Roofers were kind, informative, helpful, friendly--explained everything and took pride in their work. Home has enormous wind issues and Epic used extra nails and glue at no extra cost. Top of the heap. Use this company without reservation. Don't even bother shopping around.

We recently had our shingles replace. The service was great, things moved along smoothly and the job was completed in a timely fashion. We will certainly be using Epic again for our exterior needs.

This is the second time we have called on Epic and would not hesitate to recommend them- an excellent job, polite and quiet workers (okay so bails of shingles thumping on the roof is not quiet, got my exercise leaping anytime there was a close overhead thud). The crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently, did what they said they’d do and all in the time frame given.

I had a leaky sky light and gave Epic a call because they had fixed an issue on my roof the year before. Cost was very good for both, very professional and voila no more leaky sky light. Love this company!! Will definitely call them again IF any more issues they can look after. Thanks EPIC - you gave a very wary client who had been ripped off before a sense of security.

A poor shingle design (one since discontinued industry-wide) was the reason for the early demise of my roof. Leaking around the eaves could only be addressed by a whole new roof, and I had only a short window of time in which to get this done. I got several estimates and while everyone agreed the old shingles were to blame, Epic was the most reasonably priced and available to do the work within a week. Communication from Epic was stellar, and the crew was on time, knew what they were doing, and did an excellent clean-up. I would definitely recommend this company.

The roof required quite a few repairs due to squirrel damage and rotting wood. I also needed an electrician to secure my electrical mast. Epic recommended an excellent electrician. They followed up after each area of work (squirrel and rotting wood, shingles, soffit/facia, evestrough). If I had any questions or concerns Melvin (my project manager) would immediately answer or look into my concern, he also came out to inspect the work. The company was very easy to deal with from the quote to completion.

During a wind storm some of the fascia got ripped off. I put out a request for service on homestars and epic roofing was the first to respond to my request for service. They sent out a tech and examined the damaged. They were quick to repair the fascia and I am happy with their work.

Epic were very friendly, efficient, completed the work on time and to an exceptional standard. They dealt with the insurance company on our behalf saving us the hassle. We highly recommend them.
