    Charger installation for Tesla

This was my first time working with Watson Electric and I was very please. Everyone involved was courteous, prompt and professional. They came on time, did the work right and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

    Update to switches in bathroom.

I don't recall the exact cost of the job since it was awhile ago. But I did want to write a review. Great family-owned and family-run electrical company. They have done a few electrical jobs for us - always reliable, honest and professional. I will definitely hire them again for the next electrical job needed in my home.

Fuse Box and electrical upgrade and repair

Jim was knowledgeable and friendly. We walked through the areas I wanted looked at and he explained what was needed, recommended or not needed and outlined hi solution in plain English Brad was on time and got the job done quickly. He had to come back later to solve an issue but did that very quickly (within a couple days). Brad was friendly, relaxed and good with my dog (important for you pet lovers) Thanks Jim for stopping in as soon as I had an issue and resolving it (an hour after calling). I was having a new furnace installed and had the furnace switch moved. The AC stopped working and it was turning out to be a hot weekend – Thanks Jim for the cool air – he fixed the AC/Furnace wiring issue at the end of the day on a Friday when most people want to be getting off to their cottages. I had Watson Electrical upgrade my Fuse box to breakers, replace some GFCIs, update my second floor electrical to modern code and refit some lights that needed looking at in the basement, porch and the laneway and backyard. They were relaxed, friendly, explained what they were doing and got the job done under the estimated budget! Great job!

    Home upgrades

My wife and I moved into our dated house (circa 1958) in Nov. 2013 and had our work cut out for us in upgrades. One of the first things we attended to was the upgrading of all the main floor light switches, electrical outlets (including GFI’s inside and out), surge protection for the main panel, a new 240 volt line for the dryer, main panel ground protection (which had a short circuit), cat6 run to my office for the internet and fax, plus some new light fixtures one outside at the front door, one in the guest bedroom and another in the living room which required another adjoining line run through the attic. I called a number of electricians for a quote and decided on hiring Watson Electrical as he was the only electrician that gave me a me firm quote on the Surge Protection in an email. Brad and David arrived at our home shortly after settling on a date and got straight to work; they were professional, polite, respectful of our home and well organized. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns and explained what they had done and were going to do in a manner that was clear and precise. The guys spent a day and a half at our home and did an outstanding job and cleaned up their mess. When I called Jim's office after they completed their work with a new concern Jim Watson came out and addressed my issue and corrected the problem (the plumber short circuited my main panel ground after installing a pex line where a copper line ran). My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work Watson Electrical did for us and would have no problem recommending them to any homeowner wanting residential electrical work done. Ken T

    Electrical Switch

I was doing some electrical work at home(big mistake) when all of my lights went out and they would not come on. The service guy from Watson came over and after retracing my steps got all the lights going and replaced the switches that I messed up. I recommend these guys to everyone that needs electrical work done.
